There was always noise from the rooms above me. I never slept well any of nights due to the noise from the rooms above.

Different address to the one on Booking.com. Our host arranged to meet us at another address he had directed us to via email, then took us to yet another apartment which was nearby. We knew there wouldn't be a window but expected reasonable air con however we had to have a fan on all the time. It was musty. The ensuite was usable but the door wouldn't shut, You had to be careful not to slip getting in and out of the shower. We (a couple) were only given one small and one large towel and a bath mat. No bowls, spoons, tea towel or microwave in the kitchen which we mainly wanted for breakfasts. We particularly booked it for the washing machine which worked fine, but no dryer or even a clothes rack or airer supplied - in a room with no window or balcony! Not a place you wanted to spend too much time in. It all needed a lot of TLC but even a few little inexpensive things would have made it much better.

Location close to Marble Arch. Fridge and washing machine worked well. Bed was comfortable. Lively pub next door. Walk to Hyde Park and Underground.

The confusion around which flat was assigned to me by the host. There was a lot of confusion as it seems a lot of other persons were given the same flat address tk check. Also, my things were packed/touched by the host withiut taking my consent, which was totally not expected.

The shower was either freezing or scalding. The apartment has no windows, it was a 30 degrees outside and only a single floor standing fan to use. Address is different to what's on here.

it was not anything like the apartment I had booked. lots of things were broken, old and unloved. doors didn’t lock easily if at all. communication from host was very poor. was given no WiFi information or how to check out. eventually after multiple attempts to contact host , I had to leave the doors unlocked and the keys inside the apartment and leave. I checked out yesterday and still didn’t receive any response. won’t be staying again.

If i had known what it was like , prior to booking, or given the chance to cancel my booking after i saw it i would have spent any amount if money not to stay there .. pay the extra , go somewhere nice... Not for me , although i am sure others would find it acceptable.

Sofa bed uncomfortable, kitchen area shared. photos nothing like the place we stayed. No control over heating. Bathroom hot tap didn’t work. Furniture old and run down. Had to walk across the shared landing to use bathroom. No dining area or comfortable place to sit as described.

Would not stay here again. The place stunk of cigarette smoke. It had no windows or ventilation. The bathroom was damp and grimey and the bed was not very comfortable. Even getting the keys was a weird experience. I would not stay here again, especially for the price of the place.

There was not much cooking equipment to use the oven and cook for yourselves. The washing machine also did not work very well and did not dry things at all. The google maps address was not very helpful to get us there.

We travelled 4 hours to the property, only to receive no message off the apartment after texting and ringing, regarding us checking in. so they took our money and wasted 8+ hours of me and my partners time and ruined a plan we had for over 6 months.. Tried to contact property but they could only offer us 20% discount off our next stay? What a joke this is, they even admitted they didn’t text back but won’t refund us?

The 11:00pm cut off for check in. Well only if you don't call ahead. I talk full responsibly one this, I always forget to reads these things. I assumed it was a hotel style accommodation not actual apartment style with full time reception. So my bad.

Good honest accommodation at reasonable prices. Location is great close to shops and great restaurants and easy access to Hyde park and under ground lines.
