Great location in the Westend . Not far from Subway station either . Close to a lovely area for bars and food . Parking is a little expensive .

The associates were great. Lee made us feel right at home. I didn’t realize I need a room with less flights of stairs when I booked. The owner was very accommodating and nice when I requested to switch rooms. No free parking at the site. That was the biggest drawback. I don’t mind paying for parking but the price was 1:15 pound per 15 minutes. We found free parking however it was a 10-15 minute walk. Usually not a big deal, but I have to walk with a cane so at times it was difficult.

The hotel is very well located in the West End close to loads of cute wee cafes, bars, restaurants and good public transport. Our room was clean. We didn't pay for the breakfast so I'm not sure how that is (as it was already quite pricey)

We needed a place to sleep for the last 2 days of our trip and it was ok.

The room was very warm and even with a fan on it was hot to sleep in. The bed was very hard. there was an emergency light in the room that would not turn off so we had to cover it with a coat. We did not eat breakfast here since it was not included in the room price and was very expensive...12 pound per person, not worth that. We ate down the road...12 pounds for the 2 of us.

It was in a good location. The room was ok.

There was a dirty towel discarded in the hall outside my room and chewing gum in my bathroom bin and batteries in TV remote needed changed and there was no option to change channels directly on TV. But this wouldn't put me off booking again as could be a one off.

Lovely staff member at reception who checked me in. Location is brilliant and overall the value was excellent for a West end Hotel. Shower was good pressure.

    Its location and ambience

We didn't have a particularly pleasant view at the back of the hotel, which was disappointing, but the room was clean and tidy, as were the stairs and corridors. The location was lovely and handy for everything we wanted to see. The staff were ok, not particularly welcoming, but polite and efficient (a ready smile when guests arrive goes a long way to making them feel welcome)

My bed (single ) was rather hard and I was woken up earlier than would probably prefer as the smell of breakfast cooking was very strong. I blocked off the door bottom with my spare pillows which helped. Didn't eat breakfast -sure it was nice tho.

The location is excellent as the West end of Glasgow has a lot going on nearby. The Botanic gardens are 3 minutes walk away. My room was clean and quiet bathroom spacious too. Very warm throughout. Staff helpful but you have to ask rather than them offering to help. Eg carrying cases up or down stairs. But all perfectly polite.

No proper parking outside of hotel - had to park in residential area otherside of botanical Gardens! Had to ask the bored reception staff (on their mobile phone) to arrange for more breakfast (buffet style) items to be made available (asked for within the breakfast hours advertised).

In the heart of West end of Glasgow, near to bars/venue/shops

Squeaky floors (loose floor-boards) upstairs meant we heard other guests moving around in the room above which disturbed our sleep.

Staff were really helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good. Room and bed were comfortable. Location was ideal for the music event we went to and to visit the Botanical Gardens. Bus from outside hotel took us straight to the station we needed.
