No sockets near the bed so had to charge phones on the other side of the room. Would have preferred a cooked breakfast option- £9 felt a bit expensive for continental (although it was very nice)

Couldn't raise BBC1 on the TV. Bizarre, as BBC2 and ITV were fine. I stayed twice, coming and going on my trip, the same in both rooms.

Very clean and fresh. Spacious room and bathroom, good shower. I was travelling on the M5, very convenient. Top marks to the staff, very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely recommend and stay there again.

The kettle in the room we booked was full of limescale and unusable. When we went for breakfast in the morning they did not allow our child to have any hot food, only the continental which was shocking.

The staff were friendly, location of hotel was great and easy to find.

Lovely garden , you can sit outside in nice weather and enjoy breakfast , breakfast was tasty, it took bit long but we got complimentary drinks for it so me and my boyfriend were very pleased, Hotel room was spotless and bed was comfortable , I am very happy with hotel service and house keeping.

Tricky to find. Didn't know we had to check in across the road until a staff member told us. Perhaps clearer signs to explain this. Further out from Bristol than we expected.

I didn’t like the bathroom door as it was a misty/frosted glass door, I felt there wasn’t much privacy. There was no toilet brush! The pub next door closes at 3pm so there wasn’t really anywhere to get a meal apart from the spa opposite. However it was quite easy to just order in, so if you want to have a meal take some cutlery and eat in your room.

The decor was very modern and stylish, quiet surroundings and a comfortable bed.

I know that Bristol is an expensive location, but seeing that this hotel is nearly 20 minutes away from the city centre, it seemed a bit on the pricey side. Also, the food in the restaurant in the "posher" hotel of this chain was too expensive for what it was. It was fine and staff was helpful, but I felt the price–performance ratio was off.

This place is conveniently located near the motorway outside of Bristol. Check-in was across the street in the "posher" hotel of this chain, which was fine. The room was spacious and clean, internet worked very well, lots of parking in front of the door. I didn't have to pay for parking because I stayed over the weekend; it may be different during the week.

Wasn't made aware at the time of booking that we had to go across the road to the aztec to book in as no reception at the lodge. Got bags out of the car to then realise we had to go over the road. We weren't the only ones unaware of this. A lady also staying hadn't realised she had to book in elsewhere. It didn't affect our stay and will definitely be staying again, maybe just mention this at the time of booking so others are aware.

Lovely rooms, clean and had all the facilities needed. Comfy beds, we had a great nights sleep.

The fact that we had to cross to the Aztec to register in, then later return the keys across the road.weather was good but may have been wet .

Very nice area. Good service from staffwgoodered me a taxi into town centre.
