Unfortunately we couldn’t make use of the free breakfast which only starts at 8am, quite late in my opinion but it didn’t matter too much, it just would have been nice to have it since it was included

We arrived late and were checking out fairly early so it was only a brief stay. The shower was really great, very powerful and the room was extremely comfortable and a great size

I stayed 2 nights - Friday great but Saturday the Pub near by played really, loud music until 1pm in the morning - spilt the stay!

The menu available was not for us, we were expecting a nice tea, but nothing for a fussy eater, and expensive. Yes they were places if l drove, but l had only just driven for 3.5 hrs!!! Usually take photos but didn’t, so tells you disappointing stay, l think it’s made for business people.

Staff were so lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. The double bed was comfortable. The only slight negative was the sofa bed was very thin and quite uncomfortable for the children. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We arrived after 9pm so the pub/restaurant was closed. We then had to leave at 7.30am and the breakfast didn’t start until 8. So we missed dinner and breakfast! Not sure if that was stated on booking, we didn’t notice it.

Appearance of bar area on check in was disappointing with a great deal of litter on the floor. No food facilities.

The room was booked for myself, my partner and 11 yr old. I was asked for my Childs age on booking. Yet on arrival we had a cot up in the room and no bedding for the sofa bed and only 2 cups/glasses. It took till after 10pm to get the extra bedding and cup due to staff shortages. Shower power was very harsh on skin.

The room appeared clean, tidy and well equipped. The associated restaurant bar staff member made the stay for us. Food was very nice and the recommended beer for my partner went down very well.

I booked in and was told by Manager Carlos that my stay included breakfast which I understood. On going to Breakfast the next morning I was told by Server Hannah that morning food not included. I was hungry so paid £9.95. Can You explain please? Gabrielle

The room was very spacious and well designed. Bathroom also very spacious. The check in was relatively easy and the free parking at weekends is a real bonus. Ideally located off motorway (M5/M4). I believe you can also use facilities at sister hotel opposite Aztec where there is a lovely bar and swimming pool but the breakfast area for the hotel itself is more than adequate and it had a small bar too. Staff were lovely and rooms felt very secure and nicely decorated.

Clean, spacious, fresh decor. Bathroom was large, also the shower; plenty of hot water at good pressure. Adjacent restaurant staff very attentive and friendly. Stayed twice (coming & going) different staff, always very good. Tiny gripe, couldn't get BBC1 on TV - weird as all the other stations fine. Food was good for price. It was generally excellent value at the price I paid.
