We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe didn't try the restaurant in the evening but the prices seemed quite high. Averagel prices in the daytime.....just worth considering as an evening meal would not fit in as economically as the very good room prices.
We were upgraded to a newly decorated lake facing room. The room was spacious, very comfortable. Large screen tv with Netflix access (only via your own Netflix account). We had a very comfortable stay. There us a bar and restaurant on site. Obvs fab views as lakeside. This is part of a tourist stop type facility with a gift shop downstairs but it served us extremly well as an overnight stop. The receptionist was charming and very helpful.
