We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomA bit pricey with regards accommodation and food, but this seemed to be standard for this remote area. The bathroom was ok but lacked a proper shower and the natural source of water was periodically short.
Beautiful location and the hotel had some lovely features such as bay windows in the lounge and dining room overlooking loch Marie.

My 17 year old son was cycling the NC500 for Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland- when the owners realised this they even made a donation to the charity which was very much appreciated! They even offered for my son to have an early breakfast so he could get out and on the road earlier than they normally would serve breakfast which was again very very much appreciated. Fantastic service!

United KingdomOur room had a bath , and no standing shower. This was absolutely fine for us; but a shower would have been a little bit nicer.
The staff were incredibly kind, especially the young man who took some extra time to make sure all the guests were well taken care off. Dinner and breakfast were really nice and the room was clean and spacious. Wi-Fi easily reached our room, but there were signs that this might not be the case for everyone.

United KingdomExpensive food and drinks as no where else to go in area unless driving so priced high as captive audience!! . At times felt as though putting lady out who was serving the tables. Room bit small for high price. Water brown but it does say there is a reason due to having their own supply from hills and not harmful. Skinny with biscuit and tea bags in room. No WiFi in bedrooms which is poor these days.

The property could be very grand. The setting and the decor inside could be very beautiful.
