It was very uncomfortable to sleep. Upstairs neighbours were really loud. The property became very hot during the warmer weather. The pictures listed are deceiving and some plugs did not work throughout the property, plus constant buzzing from light switchs. WiFi did not work roughly around 2Mbps, which for a city is not good and had to use data through duration of trip. Property consisted of a dog like smell throughout, host did make us aware that it was the housekeepers apartment?

Location was fantastic and close to city centre. Access was easily accessible, underground about a 2 minute walk. Really good quality restaurants nearby and a weekly market that offers fantastic food and clothing. The host was really kind and helpful.

Was a little rough around the edges and the photos online do make it look better than it is, but still for the price you can’t complain!

A little run down and needs some TLC. water made a horrible noise when turned on and lots of little niggles such as shower screen hinge broken, some doors wouldn’t close properly etc but we had everything we needed and loved our stay.

Location was fantastic with easy walk to transport and Tower of London area. Surprisingly quiet at night which was most welcome. Host Cihan was very helpful in finding location and showing us to the correct flat and helping us with any queries. Spacious and clean for our family of 4 to be able to spread out

Broken iron, faulty plug and leaking which is a hazard. I advised the property needs removing. Could do with a bolt on the door, just the yale lock which as a female alone would like the security to know door could be bolted from the inside as a back up.

The apartment wasn't exactly at the address given. We initially tried getting into the wrong place 🙈 it was clean but dated. Could do with a good sprucing up. Was good value for the price we paid but wouldn't have paid more (we got a reduced price as we booked last minute). The bedroom door wouldn't close due to the bed being in the way.

It was in a great location for sightseeing, nice views of landmarks from the windows, close proximity to a shop for basic essentials. All cleaning products provided, along with towels etc

We didn't have any hot water. I am sure we could have messaged the owner and he would have sorted it but we didn't have time before checkout to do that so opted to shower at home. (We stayed one night)

The owner was amazingly helpful always available for questions and very accommodating for our needs with directions. The apartment was a little worn but had everything we needed. They had thought of all the little things that made the stay easier. The location was perfect and close to everything. There were issues with the circle line so we headed to aldgate east. It was a 4min walk from there so no issues at all. A little loud in the morning as the markets set up but it wasn't an issue for us. Others might want to be aware if you have small children because it will wake them as it's not very sound proof and they start setting up from 6:30-7am. We had clean beds and bedding with lots of space for what we needed. A space for the kids to sleep and a space for the grown ups to chat.

Couldn't open blinds. Fold out bed was dirty and damaged very difficult to open. Shower was difficult to get in and out of.

The bathroom is a wet room shower so can be slippery

It is good located, it is simple but comfortable and enough to spend the night.

Flat needs TLC particularly in the living room/kitchen ( clean up on painting finishes(paint on cupboards,sockets etc) glass in oven needs to be removed and cleaned, fridge - froze everything, no remote for TV, heating/hot water system kept turning off- this was explained to us and how to restart but didn’t think it would keep turning off, noise outside in the morning from set up of stalls on the markets. No facility to leave luggage but found a great luggage hero storage place just meters from Liverpool street station and apartment.

Location was ideal, couple of mins walk from Liverpool Street station. Owners were very pleasant and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and clean and towels provided. Well equipped kitchen, Sainsburys on same street

Everything was okay expect that the boiler had a bit of issue in the money and the light went off ,but that was quickly sorted by Sam

Found a last minute deal for our last minute decision to stay one night in London. Our friendly host made it very easy to check in. The apartment was absolutely fine for our needs. Location and views of the square mile from the top floor suite were unbeatable for the price we paid. Thanks again Sam for your hospitality.

Flat on third floor. Wasnt made clear on advert. We had two large suitcases so struggled a bit. Although beds were comfortable, the sofa beds were very uncomfortable. Hard and i could feel the springs. First night i struggled to sleep on the sofa bed. Second night wasnt bad, but probably because i was that tiresome from site seeing i fell asleep quickly. Sam met us at property. He didnt charge me a deposit for damage, but no where on the advert did it say i will pay deposit on arrival. Maybe i missed something.

Property was very clean great location and the staff were excellent to deal with Rodin was a pleasure ti deal with he liked after my daughter and her friend as it was there first time in London . I would most definitely stay here again myself and it was great value for money

We stayed one night.Rob was a great host, very welcoming. The flat has a very good location close to the Liverpool train station and metro stops so it's very easy to get around in the city starting from here.
