Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomSome parts of the rooms were damaged and couldn’t be used; the en-suite shower wasn’t wasn’t useable (which we were informed about prior to our stay), and one wardrobe had a broken so couldn’t be fully used.
Perfect space for the amount of people in our party. Easy access to the main town.

The property location is key and fantastic as it’s right in the heart of Liverpool City centre. Easy to get to and from. Great location. We arrived early and we able to check in earlier than the time specified which is amazing and thank you to customer services for allowing this. On the second night the door key had broken as we opened the door and the customer service team were quick to arrange a spare set of keys to be collected. We did have to wait round for a few hours as customer services couldn’t get in touch with the apartment owner but it was sorted in a decent time frame.

United Kingdomnot much not to like, Just have to walk about mins to pick up key from the local shop...and took a little bit to find the main door to the apartments,, as in a courtyard down in between Restraunts .. but fine wants you found it and was easy to find then when we were in and out,
Spacious 2 double bed Apartment, 2 bathrooms , living area... Balcony short walking distance to town,,, good location,, also very quite at night and safe area.. peaceful and late check out - bonus 3pm.. place is tidy and clean.. and lots of towels etc ext .. just asked to dispose of your rubbish and leave it as you find it.. which is a reasonable request... would recommend :)

United KingdomThe check-in process was really challenging because the keys had been misplaced from the previous occupants and my work colleague (who was picking them up because arriving in Liverpool before me) had a real saga getting in because the keys were too far away for her to get them whilst having full luggage. That meant using spare keys available at the property although this also was a real pain returning them because they were returned to where we were requested - but then I was hassled for having not returned the keys..... that we'd never picked up in the first place
This is a well located large apartment that would struggle to take the advertised 10 but could take a good few people OK - beware they'd need to be friends given there are only 2 bedrooms!

United KingdomIt was difficult to find the entrance. Instructions to the parking across the road as we went into an underground car park and they wanted us to pay £75. We left and found one on parr Street for which we paid £34. Big difference.
Location. The facilities. Amy was helpful even though she had covid as our original apartment had a broken lock on the balcony door, so she moved us. It was ideal for a mixed family stay.

MaltaThe balcony door was a little bit difficult to open at first but it was ok. We got only one key, but to tell the truth we didn't ask for another one. Needed a dish cloth but there were none but these are just really small things cos our experience was a very good one.
The flat was clean and fully equipped as stated. Lift, Tv, fridge, internet, dishwasher and washing machine. Beds were very comfy. Extra pillows, towels and linen were already there in the flat. Balcony a bonus for my parents. Location is very central. No noise at all. Supermarket nearby less than 10min walk. Hop on hop off bus has a stop nearby the flat. Bus station and train station nearby but you can go everywere on foot cos everywhere within 10-20 min walk. You feel safe not only in this area but in all Liverpool. Instructions to get the keys from nearby supermarket was very easy to follow and just 5min walk. Check out was easy too and we recieved help by just sending a message. we were very greatful for the prompt reply about our checkout. An ideal flat for old people, youth or family with children.

United KingdomThe property was not properly cleaned. Underneath the sofa decorative cushions there were old pretzels. We also had to move one of the beds in the smallest room to pick up something that had been dropped and found a lot of garbage under the bed. The property requires the guests to leave everything clean and all the dishes back in the cupboard but no tea towels nor white roll were provided, we had to go and get some to make sure we where not fined. Despite there being two bathrooms, only one person could take a shower at a time other wise the pressure and water temperature from both showers dropped.
The property was very well located, close to Chinatown and Bold street (full of nice cafes, restaurants and pubs). The staff was very friendly.
