Excellent location. The apartment is tastefully decorated. The tea, cake, biscuits and wine on the table were a homely, welcoming gesture.

Not quite enough tea bags for three days for our tea drinking family…. But that’s very picky isn’t it….and very solvable by the shop nearby!

Little Dolly was the perfect location to spend a few days in st. Ives. Located next to the town center it had several food and shopping options. It is also close to the shore which is really nice to hear at night. Overall this place was really pretty and quaint.

Little Dolly was an ideal place to stay. 7 minutes from the station. Fully equipped everything you need for a self catering place.

It can get very hot in the summer, and there is no A/C or fan or anything. Opening the windows helps but then the seagulls are super loud all night long... Next time we would bring our own fans. The second bedroom is also very small, but still manageable for two people.

The house is so close to the beach and town, and it's really nicely furnished. We loved that we could bring our small dog with us to enjoy the fun, too! Getting the key was extremely easy, and the hosts had left us some delicious treats. The house was clean and ready upon our arrival. The views were spectacular.

It's in a very good location & has a nice wee seaview over the houses in front. The accom is just roomy enough for say , 3 people, or 4 at a pinch, and the decor is a pleasant coastal vibe.

The communal stairs carpet (the colour and way it is been laid out) can be tough to negotiate, the apartment is in a 2nd floor, I almost fell twice. Nothing to do with the apartment itself, but the stairs could do with a lighter better fitter carpets

Highly priced, second floor so good for those who physically unfit. Only 2 toilet rolls for group of 4 people. Property on a slant.

It is up three flights of steps which for us did not matter, but could be difficult for some specially carrying bags. Also no parking. We were lucky to find spaces in the Train station.

We have stayed here before and love this flat. It has comfortable beds, well equipped and in a great location.

Drop off location for packing up car is a bit of a rush

The location is amazing just a 30 second walk to the beach. Lovely waking up and looking out the window to the sea view. Very good for location to everything going on and all amenities are in walking distance.

We thought everything was exactly as it should be and as described. The street is very narrow for getting luggage in and out, but that was made very clear and there’s not much anyone can do about it!

Lovely little apartment right in the centre of St Ives. Well equipped and with good decor and furnishings. Although we never met our hosts, communication was great before, during and after our stay.

we were just ‘pre season’ meaning a lot of maintenance work was being done to the main building & communal areas which was a bit disruptive. didn’t take away from the niceness of the apartment itself though & just means I want to visit again when it’s all complete ;)
