Literally the only thing I would note for guests is that the slatted blinds mean that sun light gets into the bedroom so if this bothers you bring an eye mask (I am a light sleeper).

Really lovely, spacious (much more than it looks), clean and stylish apartment in a quiet location with great access to the beautiful town of Dawlish, just a 10 minute walk downhill to the beginning of the shops and restaurants. The apartment is well kitted with a comfortable sofa bed, all the kitchen bits you need and a lovely double ensuite room. Host Lynne is very welcoming and helpful. We are four adults so we thought it might be an uncomfortable tight squeeze but there was more than enough room for us to stay comfortably for two nights and we enjoyed spending time there, choosing to stay in to watch the Euros rather than go to the pub! Lots of plug sockets and even a freestanding bath tub in the ensuite.

The location was hilly and although it didn't impact that much on our visit, as we drove each day down to the town centre and parked on the municipal carpark the cost of which was not excessive, I make this point purely from the perspective that I had a problem with my knee.

The property was spot on and was certainly provided us with what we required for a very good short break. The greeting on our arrival was fabulous and having a parking spot directly outside was another additional bonus. We would certainly return to the property if available for any future visits to Dawlish.

There is only a small wardrobe and no drawers in the property. Addition of a set of drawers would be helpful, especially if 4 people are staying at the property.

Lovely accommodation, comfortable, clean and good value. Excellent location for walking into town. Hosts very professional and available if needed.

The only fault was that we didn’t book for long enough….

Adorable little apartment, spotlessly clean and suitably equipped for our needs and the parking space was a bonus, really couldn’t fault it. The property is at the edge of town in an idyllic quiet location and a mere 15 minute walk to the beach. Our hosts Lynne & David went above and beyond in making sure our stay was all we hoped it to be ! Can highly recommend this property. Will be returning later in the year for a longer period.

Just slatted blinds at windows ,thick curtains to block out early sunlight ,especially in bedroom , would be better . Wooden floor needs attention ,some areas rather sqeaky .

I can't think of anything to put here except the departure as we would have stayed longer.

Lovely quiet area of town. Little Weech is such good value & very comfortable. You are supplied with everything you need for your vacation. Short walk into the centre & a lovely friendly pub The Swan just down the road. Will definitely stay here again.
