A comfortable and relaxing stay, very homely and super clean. Christmas decorations made the stay extra special. Having essentials such as cereal and milk was a lovely gesture. We would highly recommend.

Everything was great. It is possibly the nicest property we've ever stayed in. It felt like home, with everything we needed. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Stratford.

The property is very well located - a short walk from the train station and also to the town centre and the RSC theatres. It is immaculately decorated, comfortably furnished and very clean. The owners have paid particular care and attention to providing guests with a range of resources, including a 'welcome pack', that make a stay easier and more relaxing.

There was a big step downwards into the upstairs bathroom. Perhaps this could be marked out in some way for we older people as the visuals don’t stress the drop.

Excellent location, decor and facilities which were stylish and thoughtful. Comfortable beds and sofa/ chairs. Kitchen equipment- well stocked. Two bathrooms are a plus. The welcome pack was much better than most. Garden looked pleasant although we didn’t get chance to sit out there. More than one set of keys given to property- a must for independent folks, and car parking available on street if owner is informed.

Didn't really know what to do with refuse. Bin lorry came as we were departing but had not been instructed. Also, it's a small point, but the property was advertised as Wisteria Cottage yet proved to be midterrace. We know that technically that is ok but in terms of expectation it simply is not a cottage and did not need to be misleadingly so-called. Perhaps, having read up on this now, the term terrace cottage is more the mot juste and would not leave room for disappointment. It's a fabulously good place for a short stay, but using that term just took the edge off it a tiny tiny bit, since we came expecting something else. In other circumstances, this might have been more of an issue, but everything else was good or excellent. The keybox caused us problems, but that may have been our fault, and the owner immediately offered to replace it. We'd like to say it exceeded expectation, which in many, many ways it did - but we can't, because we were expecting a traditional cottage. We've decided to say yes to the question about meeting expectations, because in every other way it did, and exceeded them.

Very well equipped. Lovely owner. Two high quality shower bathrooms is pretty good. Near town centre and theatres: easy to walk though we have to contend with sciatica. Comfy beds, nice showers, excellent decor, up to date, stairs were steep but stair rail was safe and sturdy. Lighting well-appointed, good fans, plenty of power sockets and charger sockets, looked newly done out. We are filling out the negatives bit as well as these positives, but our overall impression having come home is that it was more than fine, and we'd happily do it again.

We have stayed in many properties in Stratford for our frequent theatre binges and this was by far the best. Comfortable home from home. Clean and uncluttered, large bathroom. Great little sun trap garden for a morning coffee. The owner organised a parking permit and left many beverages and condiments for use which was appreciated. Ideal 5 minute donder home from the theatres and Dirty Duck.

Brilliant location for what we needed.very clean and tidy. Nice little touches such as milk orange juice etc..beds very comfy Nice garden for us to sit in and meet the cat next door. Highly recommend this place hopefully we can visit again.

Living room was a bit dark - so we stayed in the kitchen a lot of night until it was dark enough to draw the curtains, as felt a bit on show with the lights on as no nets/voile.

Very clean and well equipped. Great size bed and bathrooms and liked lovely garden.

Honestly everything . The stay was honestly so nice. No complaints. Close and within walking distance to everything. Free Parking. Host was able to get us parking passes before arrival. Easy check in . Place was super clean and nice.
