Brilliant facilities, hot tub was perfect, bed was very comfy, and there was everything we could need provided to enjoy our stay. Great veiws from the garden over the fields into lincoln as well.

Amazing little hideaway close to the city centre but without the traffic noise..beautiful surroundings, hot tub and private garden. You can walk to both The Pyewipe pub and also into the town from the cottage. Debbie is a fantastic host and couldn’t do enough to help us have the best stay possible.

The hot tub. The property was very secluded so no one would disturb you. We had massage as well. Verity was amazing and she squeezed us in very last moment. The host made a custom birthday cake as well and didnt even charge for breakfast basket and cake. Everything was amazing.

There's nothing not to like , only having to leave

Location was set in the beautiful countryside, middle of nowhere , so peaceful and near a nature reserve, but only a couple of miles from city centre. Property was out of this world , much more than a cottage . So homely and extremely well equipped with Smeg appliances. Our host Debbie went out of her way to make us feel welcome , provided us with fresh milk , tea coffee biscuits , ice , a bottle of bubbly , fresh towling robes , toiletries and much more . Debbie's son also helped us with the free WIFI set who was so polite and helpful . All in all this place is a little gem , Debbie and her Son made it even more special . Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕

Not much that I can think of!

Amazing stay! Just a shame we only stayed for a night. The cottage was perfect, all amenities you would need and the hot tub was definitively the star. Debbie the host was super nice and friendly and made our stay very special. I would recommend this property to everyone. It's a really special place and it's surprising how close to Lincoln is. Will definitively be back for more days next time!

Even though there were other properties on site you still had your own privacy away from other guests. Debbie was an excellent hostess and met every one of our needs. She is so friendly and can’t do enough for her guests! The cottage is a lovely size for a couple and has all the facilities you’d require.

Everything. Great hostess Amazing views Plenty to do on sight. Walks, bike riding and table tennis. Beautiful place to stay. We even had a cat come say hi.

I was slightly disappointed with the price; whilst it is lovely, I feel 295 a night for the cottage was excessive for the space we had. But I did book last minute on a bank holiday weekend! I gave feedback to Debbie about the coffee needing an upgrade. As a coffee addict, I was disappointed with the Nescafé on offer - if I am spending that much, I expected a decent cup of coffee in the morning; maybe an espresso machine/ pod coffee would be a good addition.

I loved the location, so close to the town centre, yet seems a million miles away from everything. Debbie, the host, is fantastic; from booking through to leaving, I could keep in touch regarding any questions I had regarding our stay. She is crackers and full of energy (in a good, friendly way!) The grounds are beautiful, so much to look at and surrounded by nature, so very peaceful! The cottage was spotless, with everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect, but I felt I couldn’t enjoy it fully during the daytime due to work being carried out on the estate.
