The bathroom was beautiful but I couldn't use the bath as there was no plug and altho the bathroom window was obscured glass I didn't feel comfortable on the toilet or using the shower as there was no blind for the bathroom window. Such a shame as the room would have been perfect.

Everything was good , I just personally would have preferred a firmer mattress because I have problems with my back, but I think most people would prefer the lovely soft bed that was provided.

The bathroom and the rest of the furniture are quite old but functional.

The flat was very roomy for a couple and the bed was nice. The staff was friendly.

The room was a little cramped, mainly due to being a loft room with a sloped ceiling. In arrival it was a hot sunny day and the room was totally stifling. Hence they provided a fan fortunately. The electric shower in the shared bathroom was a little temperamental !

Lovely, really friendly staff, nice breakfast room, and very clean. Parking outside was great if you get in early for one of the two spaces.

The lovely old furniture, specially the cupboard. My son had to have Ventolin every night cause he couldn’t breathe.

Shower hard to regulate but very small point. Early morning traffic quite loud.

Very comfortable cosy room. Fan in room was welcomed on a hot summers day. Shared bathroom right next door to bedroom very clean. Breakfast lovely.

A great wee guest house with bus stops right outside to Oxford and Blenheim palace. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The bed was comfy and the area quiet. A simple but ample breakfast with the best poached eggs.

I dropped my towels in the bath as indication for replacement for three consecutive days but they were never replaced even though the room was cleaned

The weather certainly could have been better.

Everything went well. We could even park our car in front of the house. Breakfast was very nice: everything you would want if you’re not into bangers. Lovely lady serving us. Comfortable and clean room, walking distance from the centre if you care to walk 30 minutes, which we did. But the bus stop is nearly in front of the house if you feel lazy. Also almost in front of the house are several usefull shops and supermarkets. Recommended.

Being a snall establishment the variety of bathrooms was inevitable but one was much too small for the room Towels and soap provided were good Stairs could be a challenge for old patrons

Code wasn't sent in good time, TV not plugged in, decor a little dated.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Perfect location. Very friendly welcome. Quality bedding. Bonus - patio area for breakfast!

With paying extra for breakfast i would have liked the option for hot food. this is not the case for this property.

I had a small room in the attic with a shared bathroom. The room was comfortable but it looked to the street and it was quite noisy

Furnishings slightly outdated (bright blue bedding), but I didn’t mind!

Great little bnb in summertown, very close to bus stop that takes you into town (about a 10 min bus ride). Summertown is a lovely part of Oxford with some brilliant restaurants and coffee shops. Very friendly staff who were accommodating despite me being late to breakfast. Great selection for breakfast. Comfy mattresses, cosy room that was clean and appropriate amenities.

Very small bath/showerroom. But just fine for two nights

Booked the triple room for 2 nights for me and my parents. It was a very nice room. The single bed was very comfortable, the double bed felt different and was a little less comfortable but ok for two nights. The room was very clean and we liked the little table and chairs! The bathroom was very small but the shower was good. The breakfast offered is really nice. A choice of eggs, croissants, toast and some jams, cereal, milk, juices. Perfectly fine. The busstop to the city centre is right in front which is very convenient. The B&B is on a very busy road so there is some noise in the triple room. We were able to park our car right in front of the accomodation which was awesome! All in all a very nice and comfortable stay
