I couldn’t find any fault. The hosts had really thought about everything you’re likely to need.

Location was perfect for what we needed for visiting friends nearby. For breakfast you could choose from a full English or individual items. Bacon was tasty and poached eggs perfect. Tea, coffee, juice and toast were also available. Breakfast was available at any time we chose. Nice big bathroom.

    No complaints

The host Becky very friendly and helpful, accommodation clean and has everything you need, Tea Room restaurant below has great food., safe overnight storage for our bikes. We had the room with the private bathroom across the hall. Not having ensuite was absolutely no problem and the bathroomm was huge!

Great location for exploring the area. Good off road, private parking. The area was nice and quiet. Our room was spotlessly clean and a good size, large bathroom with toiletries if you needed them. Good breakfast with great bacon and sausage. Becky, our host was lovely throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

What is not to like. Its not the Ritz but its as close as you'll get in Keelby.

Fantastic cosy B&B in a quite location. Comfortable rooms great bathroom even has a Chaise Lounge in it (I haven't figured out why, but a great feature) Breakfast was freshly cooked by the host (unlike most hotels that are par-cooked and microwaved) The Hosts are a husband and wife team that give a really personal caring service B&M Thank you so much for a great but short stay

    Nothing at all.

Excellent full English breakfast. Huge room with large private bathroom. Beautifully laid out room with all mod cons provided (TV, kettle, etc). Very friendly staff who couldn't be more helpful. Local amenities very close (COOP, pubs, restaurants etc). I would rate this as a 5 star hotel experience.

Before visit received a welcome phone call, telling us we would be met on our arrival, as owners do not live on the premises. First meeting was lovely, shown around the premises and good suggestions for an evening meal (The Green Man was good). Breakfast time was arranged for our convenience, as we needed to be away early. Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely visit again when this area.

Just a slight knocking at night/early morning which I think was the C/H firing up. But no problem with that.

Breakfast was exactly what I asked for and got. The bacon was fabulous. No problems with anything. Good tea/coffee. The restaurant is based on 1940s/50s theme which I loved.
