We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFor the first 2 nights of my stay, I was put in a very basic room (much like a college dormitory room) that did not even have a window I could open and no remote control for the TV (so no tv to use either). This was due to misleading pictures of the very best rooms and a lack of understanding of what the room I booked was actually like. I was under the impression I was booking in the "main house" when in fact I had booked the most basic of rooms. However, I requested an upgrade (offering to pay) and I was moved for the last 2 nights to a "proper" room with a window and views over the bowling green. It was large, immaculate and had a window that opened and a TV WITH a remote. Regardless of my misunderstanding, I have to say that the STAFF were amazing throughout the facility; extremely helpful and always kind. I will definitely look to rebook on my next business trip there.
The staff were amazing and helpful. The rooms in the main house were newly refurbished and excellent and the grounds are beautifully kept. The WIFI was weak at best and kept dropping. Overall I was happy with my stay.

United KingdomThe breakfast although lovely with a wonderful selection of food it was a shame that the buffet was not hot only slightly warm and when we asked the waiter if they had a microwave or could it be heated up he didn’t help at all. Such a shame. One last thing too my daughter put the DO NOT DISTURB sign on her room at 9.30 and went down to breakfast and upon returning to her room at 10am found that someone had been in and started making the bed and had taken the towels!!!! Otherwise all good.
