The property made a good base for exploring the area . It was comfortable and very well appointed. The hosts were friendly and helpful and there were welcome treats on arrival.

Everything...accommodation perfect. Hosts Lyn and Phil were wonderful and the annex was comfortable very well equipped, everything thought of. Location very convenient for the coast, and tourist attractions such as Wells and Glastonbury.

There was nothing not to like. Everything was awesome.

The place is amazing. Clean, neat and tidy. Had everything you could want and more. The owners were easily accessible if needed. Lovely outside area to sit in. I cannot think of anything they could possibly do it improve. Just loved it. The little extras were a surprise also.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for my husbands back but it was fine for me.

Lovely place to stay lyn and Phil are lovely too made use feel very welcome. like the little touches like the milk,cheese,butter,beverages we're bril will defo recommend.

The owners were very hospitable, helpful and friendly. The accommodation was super clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. There were even extra goodies provided which was a welcoming touch. It was close to a park and ride into Bath as well as close to Wells and Cheddar. The surrounding countryside and the garden at the accommodation were also stunning. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The hosts were friendly. The property was well equipped and comfortable. Good location for walking and visits to Wells and Cheddar Gorge. Several good pubs in the area.

The property was secure with access gained via automated gates using a beeper unit. We were free to come and go from the property and felt quite secure. We were provided with free internet access which was useful when communicating with family members using our mobile phones.

This is an incredibly hard question. The 'only' thing we could think of was the matteress on the bed needs renewing.

What's not to like? If you'd like a fully self contained place that is quiet, cosy, great value and immaculately clean then this is the place for you. We will definitely stay again!

leylands annexe was perfect, a cosy little home away from home. great location with easy directions sent from the lovely hosts — and perfect for trips to bath, cheddar gorge, wells. lovely soft comfortable bed and plenty of good cooking facilities.

This is not something that the owners could fix: the local pub (the Waldegrave in East Harptree) was unreliable so we were only able to visit it once. (This is not to be confused with the Waldegrave in the nearby village of Chewton Mendip which does really good pub food).

Leylands Annex was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen/diner was incredibly well stocked with cooking materials. Additionally there were some generous welcome items that made arriving exceptionally pleasant. The wardrobe was even supplied with sufficient hangers! The owners (who lived on-site) were friendly and helpful. I'd happily make a return visit if exploring the area again.

Far from main road, Having a car is necessary..

A wonderful apartment, a kitchen equipped with all kitchen requirements, making you feel like you are at home, Clean, wonderful views, Free Parking, sophisticated treatment from the owner.. We had a great time..

Everything was fine

Annexe made a very comfortable stay for a long weekend. Hosts were very welcoming and left us some refreshments to use which was a nice touch. We had a car to visit all the places we wanted to so all in all a most enjoyable stay.
