We didn’t encounter any issues at all. Some previous reviews mentioned noise. This was at similar level as any other BnBs we have stayed in where rooms are in one building. I say it’s just like when you share a home with other people. Yes, you might hear a creaking floorboard or people coming or going - but as long as everyone is respectful it isn’t a bother. This really was no issue for us - I slept very soundly! However, if you are noise sensitive you might like to look for accomodation without shared walls.

Located in a very scenic and beautiful part of Scotland. We stopped on our way to Skye, wish we’d spent more time here though. Accommodation was easy to find, very clean and comfortable. We encountered no issues. I do wonder if previously the accomodation was joined with neighbouring one - from reading reviews I thought there was meal options on site - there isn’t - but there is food options suggested by host which we read - and had a marvellous curry right next door! Please note, the host made no mention of meal options, this was just my reading of reviews (I read them well to research!). They do supply a breakfast cereal bar and oats. Pop next door for dinner, especially if you like a good curry. But lovely location to stop over in. We had the basic double without a view - we were on a budget. I think it would be worthwhile getting the rooms with a view - it really is spectacular.

Unfortunately it was pouring and we wanted to sit out on the deck. They could put up something under the upper deck to keep the rain out. Also, we could hear the people upstairs walking about.

The downside to this lovely place is that the sounds travelled and we could hear the people down stairs slamming doors and opening and shutting the doors to the veranda. We could also hear them talking late into the night so don’t book if you are a light sleeper. I would also recommend taking a travel safety gate if travelling with toddlers and staying in room15 Osprey Suite as the stairs down are easily accessible in the living room part of the suite.

The view from the property was amazing, and could be enjoyed from the outside decking, perfect for an evening glass of wine! The layout of the suite was lovely too and a perfect location for travelling in the area. There is the hotel restaurant next door and plenty of places to eat in Spean Bridge, we had breakfast their too. Bathroom has an amazingly powerful shower and the bed was comfy.

This is nothing to do with property or owners but the screaming toddler at 6am from upstairs wasn’t a great start to the day.

Beautiful location, parking, clean and tidy, instructions and information available, good contact from owners, great to sit outside and enjoy the view with piece and quiet.

Car park space was at a premium. Noisy people upstairs during the evening and when they left at 5am the following day.

The beds could be more comfortable. Additionally, the noise from the upstairs room is quite disruptive for guests downstairs. Every movement and trip up and down the stairs, particularly at 7 AM with luggage, can be distinctly heard.

The view from this property and its surroundings is spectacular, offering one of the best vistas of our entire trip.

- It is true that walls are thinner than your average hotel (it is a converted house). We were lucky and other guests were very respectful, so we didn’t have an issue! - WiFi was good enough for more basic things and get by, don’t expect high download speeds (but also you are in the nature… so enjoy that!)

- Access was very easy and simple with the info on the email sent before arrival - Room was great, clean, good bathroom (great shower) - Bed was very comfortable, slept very nicely - Views were stunning! (We had the lake view) - Host was helpful and replied quick to any questions - very nice of the host to add some porridge and energy bars! Came in handy! Very nice touch - TV in the room that allowed me to watch the Euros at night! Big ++ - It allowed us to enjoy Skye as well, for a much lower price than any similar place on the actual Isle of Skye, very worth it.

No possibility to really get to the shore or a take a proper walk around. Only one restaurant (next to the property) that is quite expensive. No breakfast (unfortunately common these days)

Very nice and clean room, lovely bathroom with great shower (exceptionally good water pressure!), parking directly next to the accommodation. Rooms available with terrace facing the lake (sadly we booked one facing the road :D) Bed was very comfy and rather generous in size.

The room was small so little room for luggage. It was on the ground floor at the front door.

The room was nicely furnished and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Parking was onsite and free. Spectacular views from the car park across the loch and handy for the hotel restaurant next door.

The bathroom was compared to the rest a bit small (no shelf to put toiletries).

We stayed one night in Letterfinlay. Everything was very clean. We had a very nice room looking out over the lake. There is thea, coffee and porridge available for the one who like this. Next door is a very nice restaurant.
