Nothing really. Just builders making a little nosey, sgame we wasn't told about the café not opened. But didn't spoil our stay

It was my 60th and all the staff knew which was so nice. Loved every minute. Beautiful place. Natalie was absolutely brilliant and all the staff where so friendly and polite. Would definitely come back highly recommend

The first night's room was exceptionally hot, being over the kitchens. Mercifully the staff relocated us, but if they hadn't this review would sadly have to be different.

As Christians we were bowled away by the strong Christian ethos. We joined the morning prayers, taking one morning's and meeting lovely people. We also had a problem with our room first night and the staff were excellent and were able to relocate us for the rest of our stay.

Nothing to mention here except the walk uphill on the way home. However we managed to find a route to avoid the Corbin Steps on the way back in the dark.

The setting high above St Peter Port with spectacular views and lovely well kept garden. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices very good. Room small but spotless.

Bit of a late booking due to having a work meeting & event. Team sorted our stay with no fuss. Always a great welcome from the reception team even with a late arrival on the ferry, great food in the evening & little touches like the local newspaper in your room each evening. Easy parking and some lovely walks around & easy walk down too St Peter Port if you wanted to go out for the evening, the grounds are beautifully looked after & lovely for a stroll around after breakfast.

May have been my fault, but I found the shower in my room a little difficult so had cold showers. Other than that I couldn't fault anything.

The hotel was very clean and the room had everything needed for a short stay. The included breakfast was great and the staff helped with any query we asked. We didn't spent a lot of time at the hotel in the day, but it gave us a good base to spend the night and was well priced.

The television was a touch small (very picky) and the over bath shower was a little low for me which caused some water to splash over the floor. Our room was perhaps a little small but bigger rooms are available for a premium.

This was a lovely place to stay. The view of the bay around St Peter Port is unrivalled, THE best place to sit with a drink that we found in the town. The rooms were simple, but comfortable, and the breakfast excellent. Staff at the hotel couldn't have been more helpful, and the hotel itself is set in beautiful grounds which are clearly meticulously maintained. The house used to be a school run by a group of nuns, then was converted to a nursing home after the war. Some of the fittings from the nursing home remain (extra bannisters, cheap door handles on the doors), none of this detracted from what was a very comfortable stay in a lovely location.

I would have liked a room with a view, perhaps I should have requested. Daily room refurbishment was haphazard. Sheets were not changed until I queried after 6 days, I was staying 10, despite receptionist saying it should have been every 2 days. A miniature bottle of shower gel was not replaced despite toiletries being "free". Mugs were never washed or replaced. Only small details but way below Premier Inn standards, very surprising.

Food, breakfast & dinner were excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The grounds were lovely
