We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was a lot of noise coming from the harbour in the evening which went on until quite late. Maybe upon check in during the warmer weather months depending upon availability it would be nice to be offered a higher or quieter room perhaps. We did had booked a sea view room and there was plenty of light so those were bonuses in my view.
Breakfast was more amazing. Travelling with 2 young children there was a lot of choice available for them. The boys all time fav was peanut butter and as I didn’t see it displayed I asked if there was any available. The staff member was very approachable and said that he would go and find out. Within 2 mins he returned to our table and presented peanut butter for the boys toast! 100% satisfaction 😀

Only a one night stay so some facilities not experienced. Room a good size with good facilities. Clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities and complimentary water. Very pleasant and efficient staff. Breakfast excellent. Parking on site and very reasonable.

(Room 239) Evening dining - limited and overpriced menu. Had to return a lamb dish which was of poor quality (was given a refund).
