In my opinion this is not a 4 star rating hotel 3 stars. Theres no water in the rooms when asked I was told that the water in the bathroom is ok to drink ( who drinks the water from a bathroom? ) the room cleaner wasn't up to scratch no toilet paper replacement left a empty bottle in the room, for it to cost £560 for 3 nights mid week not over a weekend this is not worth the money I've stayed in 4 stars for less in Dublin city.for less .we booked breakfast the night before as we were heading out and was told that they needed the money that night before we could book ,they really need to keep on top of the food refills as lots of empty trays and lots of people standing. Also food was not hot just warm at best .5 out of 10 .

Apple Maps showed wrong hotel so had to pay extra for a taxi to take me to the correct one.

There was no extractor fan in the bathroom, so the humidity stayed after showering. The design of the bathtub made it difficult to get rid of the water at the bottom too. There was visible mould on the soap holder and some corners in the bathroom. The room was generally too pricey for what it was worth.

The location is great: easy to access from the hotel to everywhere.

Breakfast was ok but they really need someone checking the food for topping up . 2 days In a row and we’d run out of bread for toast and a few other bits . Only a small thing but it was the difference between eating with family

The hotel catered to our needs, especially after I found myself injured whilst running Edinburgh Marathon. Unable to walk, staff assisted me from hotel room to ground floor. Looking after my wellbeing and again assisting me into private transport.

Perhaps on our check in one of the staff was a little snappy and short though it was following a rather troublesome patron in front of us.

We had a room with an extra bed to accomodate 3 of us (all adults) and I have to say it surpassed our expectation. The sofa bed was quite comfortable. The size of the room was decent where we all could layout our luggages. We actually thought we booked in on the Prince street Leonardeo, despite not being as central, it is actually still at a very convenient location where everything's still within a short walk away. We added breakfast for one morning and the options were more than plenty.

The beds unfortunately bit uncomfortable . Both our beds were sloping to one side 🫠so you were always sliding in that direction. Two-lane road in front of the hotel was loud since one window didn’t close properly.

Great location. Lovely , comfortable room, with big tv, coffee machines, cups , little fridge etc . You don’t see that very often nowadays. Especially the fridge. Staff ist very friendly. We were allowed to leave our suitcases at the hotel after the checkout since our flight back home was very late in the evening. That was absolutely wonderful .

There were some odd noises from the air con unit even when off and some other odd little noises too but I'm more sensitive to those than my boyfriend was. Pretty expensive for a hotel that was good but standard. But I suppose that's just Edinburgh prices.

Lovely clean room, friendly staff at reception. Big bed, breakfast was pretty good too. Lovely toiletries in bathroom, actually smelt good. Haymarket was closer to the centre than we realised which was fab too.

The shampoo and shower gel were not the best quality. There were no bathrobes in the room. Also the view from the window wasn't the best.

The breakfast was very nice. The location was great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Being Ukrainian, it was made even better that some of the staff were as well :)

Well nothing really, the staff were absolutely incredible, so friendly funny and chatty really creating a relaxing atmosphere. When we discovered the items for third guest weren't in room i informed reception and they were up straight away with everything. I had a lovely chat then with the lady making the bed she was so nice :)

We had booked a triple room and i had decided to take the sofa bed so wasn't expecting much and din't mind for only one night. I was very happily surpised with how comfortable the sofa bed was, i had an amzing nights sleep! Its perfect for someone who is small like me:)
