Nothing, car parking was a challenge but we parked nearby.

There was no drinking water jug in the room. It was not mentioned that we can take tap water from restuarant. I landed paying for water which was bit ridiculous

The hotel could use a little updating. There were a few bleach stains on the floor in the hallways and the wall in the bathroom could have used a small amount of repair. The glass door on the bathtub was weird because it only went halfway along the bathtub. Really couldn't pull it out really couldn't push it in far enough that I could turn on the faucets. Honestly though these are very small problems that I am willing to absolutely overlook to visit them again.

I absolutely loved the staff. After the terrible time I had with my flight causing me to arrive a day late I was concerned I'd lost my room. I emailed the hotel and explained the situation and they were able to keep the booking. The staff was even kind enough to go ahead and check me in that way if I came in at some time in the morning like 4:00 in the morning I would have a room ready. It was wonderful having a friendly staff who genuinely seem to care about our visit. If I could I would have hugged the ladies behind the desk.

It didn’t have a gym. I also think it should have USB ports to charge small electronics.

The carpet in the 'hall' leading to the rooms were dirty and really poor. But the frontdesk team told us that it was to be changed shortly.

Absolutely great service from the 'front desk' team, smiling and very helpfull. The location was excellent, too - only a few minutes walk to the Haymarket station (easy for tram and various airport transport)

In my opinion this is not a 4 star rating hotel 3 stars. Theres no water in the rooms when asked I was told that the water in the bathroom is ok to drink ( who drinks the water from a bathroom? ) the room cleaner wasn't up to scratch no toilet paper replacement left a empty bottle in the room, for it to cost £560 for 3 nights mid week not over a weekend this is not worth the money I've stayed in 4 stars for less in Dublin city.for less .we booked breakfast the night before as we were heading out and was told that they needed the money that night before we could book ,they really need to keep on top of the food refills as lots of empty trays and lots of people standing. Also food was not hot just warm at best .5 out of 10 .

There was no extractor fan in the bathroom, so the humidity stayed after showering. The design of the bathtub made it difficult to get rid of the water at the bottom too. There was visible mould on the soap holder and some corners in the bathroom. The room was generally too pricey for what it was worth.

The location is great: easy to access from the hotel to everywhere.

Breakfast was ok but they really need someone checking the food for topping up . 2 days In a row and we’d run out of bread for toast and a few other bits . Only a small thing but it was the difference between eating with family

Great location , great restaurants close bye , and a short walk to the castle area

Perhaps on our check in one of the staff was a little snappy and short though it was following a rather troublesome patron in front of us.

We had a room with an extra bed to accomodate 3 of us (all adults) and I have to say it surpassed our expectation. The sofa bed was quite comfortable. The size of the room was decent where we all could layout our luggages. We actually thought we booked in on the Prince street Leonardeo, despite not being as central, it is actually still at a very convenient location where everything's still within a short walk away. We added breakfast for one morning and the options were more than plenty.

The beds unfortunately bit uncomfortable . Both our beds were sloping to one side 🫠so you were always sliding in that direction. Two-lane road in front of the hotel was loud since one window didn’t close properly.

Great location. Lovely , comfortable room, with big tv, coffee machines, cups , little fridge etc . You don’t see that very often nowadays. Especially the fridge. Staff ist very friendly. We were allowed to leave our suitcases at the hotel after the checkout since our flight back home was very late in the evening. That was absolutely wonderful .
