We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room service took over 2.5 hours which was a challenge. I think perhaps this is just because of how big the hotel is however, I think this would be easily improved and did not deter us from the stay.
I thought the room was amazing. We thought it was well put together and extremely clean. I thought the bathroom was big and very accessible to a disabled person. There was a small step into the shower but otherwise the hotel was amazing and accessible.

United KingdomThe car park was difficult to find using the hotel directions and we had to find the property on foot before then re parking the car. We had also not been told that we would be unable to leave when we wanted to on check out due to the half marathon road closures. This delayed our departure and planned visits had to be rearranged; we would have stayed or rearranged our plans.
This is a perfect location for exploring the centre of Birmingham with its canal waterways; the car stayed in the car park! We were immediately upgraded on arrival which was also very much appreciated. The bar area was a place we enjoyed a nightcap as well.
