Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Very modern and contemporary, beautiful aroma in the lobby. The executive room was fantastic, a spacious room with complimentary biscuits and nespresso machine, we even had a hand written card from the hotel staff. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for the money.

Very good value for money. Comfortable bed and clean room, good breakfast. Perfect location for us to explore the Cotswolds as everything we wanted to see was 30-45 minutes away. The staff was so nice and they even gave us some treats and a card when one guest caused disturbances one night. They dealt with it very quickly and professionally. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leonardo Hotel Swindon, The location of the hotel is within 30min proximity to Cotswolds, which was perfect! The staff were really friendly. Saloni was exceptionally fantastic! Very helpful and quick to resolve any issues that we encountered during our stay. The breakfast had a very good spread and we throughly enjoyed it. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so pleasant.

Hong KongThe noise generated from the A/C system and drainage was quite disturbing, and I had to ask for a change of room because of this. And the rear door to the carpark was always closed, so residents had to pull the luggage around the building upon arrival or leaving.
The hotel is relatively modern in comparison with others in town, and the lobby + bar area is quite spacious.

The Leonardo is exactly what you need for a Business Hotel stay. It has a fashionable lobby and rooms, and although smallish, they were perfectly adequate for our needs. The lobby had plentiful tables and seating (a major plus!), so we could work downstairs in comfort while charging our devices.

United KingdomHad trouble with my key card on 3 occasions during my 2 night stay, which was annoying as I had to keep going to the reception area to fix it. There was a lack of tea options in the room. Just had ordinary teabags, but it would be good to have more than one option. I didn't enjoy the breakfast experience on the Sunday morning because it was very busy, so it was quite noisy, and seating was limited.
The location was very close to transport links and shopping centre. The room was spacious, clean and also had complimentary sweets on arrival. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. I requested for a room with a bath and that's what I got, so I was very happy with that.
