Had trouble with my key card on 3 occasions during my 2 night stay, which was annoying as I had to keep going to the reception area to fix it. There was a lack of tea options in the room. Just had ordinary teabags, but it would be good to have more than one option. I didn't enjoy the breakfast experience on the Sunday morning because it was very busy, so it was quite noisy, and seating was limited.

The location was very close to transport links and shopping centre. The room was spacious, clean and also had complimentary sweets on arrival. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. I requested for a room with a bath and that's what I got, so I was very happy with that.

This has been modernized and the rooms are really spacious. There was a great reception and bar area which also had a snack bar where you could buy extras for your room. A really lovely welcome when we arrived and we were given a free upgrade also and a late check out. The bar staff were great and drinks and food reasonably priced. Great that it had onsite parking, also reasonably priced.

Didn’t like that you had to walk all around the building to get in the front door. In bad weather, that would not be fun. Paying for parking at a hotel. I’ve never had to experience that before.

Even as a solo traveller booking a double room, only one room card given. Occasionally i may like to invite a guest to visit me and they may need access to my room to take bath/shower and change etc then re-meet with me downstairs in the bar/restaurant, so for that reason it would be helpful if i was asked would i like a 2nd access card. its nothing major, just a courtesty type of thing. Also should advertise the Loyalty Card available for extra discounts and perks as a Member. No application forms visible on Reception Desk. Apart from these two observations recently; I had a lovely enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

For the higher grade rooms you receive vouchers and extra perks within the room itself like bottled water and a later check out time of 2pm, so able to relax more and chill out having lunch before leaving.

The rooms offered no sound isolation whatsoever. The people next door arrived around 3am and decided to extend their party, making it feel like they were celebrating right here in our room. While this was the only negative aspect, it was a significant disruption.

Last minute as the hotel we booked on arrival nobody was there for check in and was smelly! This place we’ve stayed at a leonardo in Ibiza so knew the hotel, staff were more than welcoming, and made everything so easy, also arrived just before 1pm and checkin wasn’t until free and they let us checkin

The pillows on the bed were uncomfortable one was too soft the other was too hard.
