Location is great for getting to Barbican and other places with good places to walk, eat and drink. Room was clean and comfortable.

there was a lot of street noise throughout the night.... its plymouth so it's going to be a bit scummy, but sound proofing on the windows would help.

I could of done with a fridge as my medication needs to be kept cool.

Parking was not as easy as it might have been, we had already parked and paid for parking nearby the hotel, mind you it was only £12.00 for 24 hours and 2 minute walk to the hotel.

Centrally located hotel, close to everything, the reception team were really welcoming, the room itself was OK without being amazing but the hotel has a nice vibe.

Comfortabe hotel in the centre of Plymouth with a good breakfast service. Nice stopover for sports ativity at the South Devon Tennis centre in Ivybridge.

Drinks were over priced, the morning breakfast buffet isn't amazing, no vegetarian sausages unless requested but this then means that you have to wait for them to be cooked whilst eating the rest of your breakfast, croissants were stale. The smoking area was filled with dirty glasses and beer cans from the day before.

Staff are always very friendly, cleaners included. The rooms are always spacious. Very clean hotel

On this occasion, our room was overlooking the main road and the traffic noise at night was bad. I was woken several times by the cars and buses driving by.

It's a good location. Close to the train station, Barbican and shops.

Hotel main entrance on busy main street with no lay-by to unload luggage on arrival and departure. Next door underground parking had not an operable lift and had to carry heavy luggage up the ramp and then around the corner to the hotel main entrance.

Cleanliness, helpful staff and very friendly staff, location was perfect for us.

Room was very clean, mattress was really comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location was perfect for us we went for a walk, shopping( all the shops fee minutes walk, restaurants and coffee shops. My daughter wanted Dominoes we literally crossed the road. Really good location, helpful and very friendly staff. Nice breakfast.We will definitely stay at Leonardo hotel again.

Was put in a room with an adjoining door. Could hear the couple next door enjoying each other a little bit to much through the night.......all I can say is I don't think her screaming was an attempt to sing lol 😆

I liked touring the area, including the Box and took the ferry to Cawsand and Kingsand for lunch. The area is spectacular.

I found some moths near the wardrobe of my bedroom: one each day of my stay. I stayed four days and the breakfast was exactly the same everyday. You could try a second alternative for the hot plates: for instance: fried eggs x scrambled eggs, wedged potatoes x hash browns. The bathroom decoration is quite simple, it is not cosy at all.
