There are no slippers provided. It's uncomfortable to have bare feet in the bathroom.

It's next to the train station, and very convenient for me as I travelled by train.

Small shower , careful when turning or you hit the walls , stayed 4 nights and only 1 room clean / and refurbish of coffee , milk , and rubbish removal even though the please service sign was out . Small TV , no fridge . Room size moderate only

I stayed one night for a business trip with work colleagues, have stayed at this hotel before and so I re-booked, it is a convenient location and everything worked well. Breakfast is reasonable for a buffet.

I did initially struggle to get hold of anyone to order room service, but reception sorted it out quickly and I had a delicious meal - thank you!

The room was really comfortable, and the staff were friendly and took really good care of me. The breakfast buffet was amazing! I was travelling by train, and this was a short walk from the station. I stayed here a few years ago before the rebrand, and had a much better experience this time round.

Staff is amazing! George at night bar was very professional in service; receptionists impressed me with their respectful attitude to everyone: there was a very drunk man. Receptionist treated him so nicely and accompanied the guest to his room.That’s exactly what I would like to be offered in this condition 😂🫶 Room is so big in comparison with Leonardo Hotel in Düsseldorf. Very comfortable bed, everything was clean perfectly.

All was good, nothing not to like.

The hotel was well placed for the Train Station, which is how I arrived in Nottingham, and for the Cricket Ground, which was the reason for the visit. Breakfast was very good as was the bar facilities and food at night. Stayed with you before and hopefully with stay again sometime in the future/

Very convenient location to main station‘s regional and tram lines meant that we could reach Peak District just as well as the Nottingham city center. We chose this hotel to start and end our trip to the region and it did not disappoint.

Not the end of the world, but the bath hot tap ran painfully slow !! And there was no marmalade at breakfast.

The hotel was very close to the venue that we were visiting. Our room was bright and clean. The bed, pillows and covers were very comfortable.

As soon as we left the hotel to walk into town, we stumbled upon a couple of druggies trying to light a crack pipe next door to the hotel and using the building for shelter whilst burning their fingers on their lighter and swearing away at each other, and we came across many of their toothless friends in and around the city centre. I don't know if the hotel is in a rough area or not but suspect that this was a one-off. We saw many of their toothless friends around town so I'd say drugs are a Nottingham issue not a hotel issue. Its not a pleasant sight though.

The hotel was a short walk for the station and the receptionist greeted us with a friendly welcoming smile followed by a speedy and informative check-in. We had a corner room on the 9th floor. The room was clean and the view over Nottingham and the immediate countryside was fantastic ... and as a bonus the windows opened fully to let in fresh air which I like! There was an element of traffic noise which personally I don't care about but if you do, close the window and its gone. The bed was okay, but the quilt was hot and the pillows hard which is par for the course in this price range. Despite this, I slept quite well. Breakfast was busy when we went (about 09:30), but the staff were really friendly and any missing food was quickly replaced even though breakfast finished at 10:00. Overall a tasty and filling breakfast. The shower and bathroom facilities were basic but good.
