Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe restaurant options were limited and even those which were available we were advised that it is available only for corporate clients . And again the room service was also discouraged by gently reminding us about the additional service charge . If the hotel doesn’t want to provide room service that’s perfectly fine too .
The location is very comfortable and rooms were spacious and clean . Flawless check in check out .

The room was really comfortable, and the staff were friendly and took really good care of me. The breakfast buffet was amazing! I was travelling by train, and this was a short walk from the station. I stayed here a few years ago before the rebrand, and had a much better experience this time round.

Staff is amazing! George at night bar was very professional in service; receptionists impressed me with their respectful attitude to everyone: there was a very drunk man. Receptionist treated him so nicely and accompanied the guest to his room.That’s exactly what I would like to be offered in this condition 😂🫶 Room is so big in comparison with Leonardo Hotel in Düsseldorf. Very comfortable bed, everything was clean perfectly.
