We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe swimming pool and hot tub have FAR too much chlorine. It made my eyes sting as soon as I entered the room. I couldn't breathe in the hot tub due to the fumes, which also made my eyes stream profusely.
Two double beds in the family room was great, and lots of space. Easy parking, and convenient onsite food options. Hotel staff seem well trained and friendly. Chaz at the Triumph was great and doing everything to keep customers happy, but the food and bar staff weren't great.

United KingdomSurprisingly, nothing I can complain about. Maybe the restaurant pricelist was quite on the high side. But it was easier to swallow than the sister Leonardo hotel in Amsterdam that I returned from, a week before this.
The room was vast! I honestly didn't expect it to be that big. I understand it was an Executive Room which was a nice upgrade on the standard double room that I originally booked. It was very comfortable indeed so I had a good sleep. The restaurant was busy when I visited it for dinner. I was able to obtain a table after waiting on a waiter to clear and clean it. Reception was very helpful with a request about breakfast. In the end, it was not necessary but the fact they bent over backwards was appreciated.

United KingdomThe duvet was really grim - there is a clean sheet covering it but no protective sheet, so we could see stains (blood/urine - god knows what) through the sheets, which don't even pop up. The pillows were also really bad quality. With the actual sheets, they are so 'starchy' that every time you turned over it made such a loud noise - need to be far softer! The swimming pool was overly chrolinated - my eyes were stinging like mad and that never usually happens.
The venue was really impressive - great breakfast, loved the pool area and room looked great.

United KingdomPool wasn’t clean or maintained. Wasn’t happy with my children being in there because of this. Disappointing as they love the pool and it was one of the reasons we choose the hotel. Room could have been cleaner. Beds and towels etc were clean but noticed in 2 areas something had be thrown at the walls and not cleaned up and dripped down. Also the shower needed a clean.
Professional staff who were helpful. Breakfast was great with a good variety of food for adults and children.

United KingdomThe triumph bar wasn’t great. We were left waiting a long time to be served and the food was overpriced. The bar man was not very friendly. The bar supervisor was lovely however and helped us get a seat
We love the spa although didn’t get chance this time as we were out shopping longer than planned. It has a cute little pond with fish in it that’s relaxing to sit near. The hotel itself is well kept and the rooms are a good size.
