We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Good location. Close to Brindley place which offers a selection of bars and restaurants. Every place is walking distance.

United KingdomThe room looked out on a bank of air conditioning units and when it raiined the guttering kept me awake as the water ran off the units. Also, my bath seal was coming away at the base of the bath and it looked tatty (room 156)

United KingdomThe spa changing rooms are a little tired. The reception staff were not very friendly and one of the restaurant staff couldn’t be bothered to explain to me where the toilets were apart from in the main building! After just arriving no how on earth would I know where that was!??

Free room upgrade, free drinks and free breakfast. Easy parking, clean, large, comfortable rooms, well sound proofed. Decent buffet breakfast with good choice. Check out not until 11 am

United KingdomThe pool and spa area whilst nice does not fit the photo shown and it’s a bit rougher around the edges. There are also no lie down beds, only chairs and small tables. The jacuzzi would have been nice if the chemicals were not so strong, me and my friends couldn’t sit in it, it stung our eyes so bad!
