Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Centrally located modern hotel. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. Voucher for a glass of Prosecco each was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good with wide selection. Parking available nearby cost us £12 for the night with the hotel discount.

Great location, parking was just round the corner and has overnight security present. Room was a good size, clean and bed was comfy. The reception area was lovely, and smells amazing (not sure what scent diffuser they used but it is divine!). We didn't include breakfast in our stay so cant comment on the quality but the dining are looked nice, well lit and clean!

It's in a pretty good location, smart but quiet area about 10 mins from Temple Meads and 10-15 mins from the centre of town. It was a cheap price in my opinion for a decent hotel with a good location on a Friday night. We were able to check in before 3pm. Rooms were very smart and clean.

United Kingdomwould have given this place 9 or even 10/10 but the air conditioning was not working and I have to call them twice they fixed at the end but that meant I slept very late and wake up tired for my conference . II wake up sweating that is not good at all . They need to check the equipment before the rent the room .
It is very clean hotel I have to admit . Staff are very friendly room is big and nice .Breakfast was ok but could be better minimum options especially for people who don’t eat pork or vegetarian . There is no clear sign or you can see them making Omelet . It is only if you ask . So many people would not have that option .
