The hotel does not have parking, you have to plan for parking fees at a paid parking.

The staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful; Simona please receive your flowers, you were very helpful and made my stay delightful.

The rooms do not match the look and feel of the lobby or the amazing staff. The rooms reminded me of a tired travel lodge. Location is good, everything is easy to access and walk to, but bear in mind it looks right on to the train station. Bed was really comfy just the rest of the room and 1990’s bathroom lets it down badly

There were small things like the bathroom door being in a super awkward place and the parts of the decorating in the bathroom needed going over but despite this you could clearly see everything was very clean.

How on earth can you have soapdispensers which hardly can be used due to the mounting-mechanism? Please remove the black humidity spots in the bathroom. Bathoom is generally a bit outdated. Remote control TV not working.

The cooked breakfast was undercooked and ingredients below par although there was plenty of choice. We couldn’t check in early which was unfortunate and told had to wait until 3pm.

The reception and bar areas are very well designed with a smart contemporary finish. The room was clean but average decor for a 4 star hotel.

I had to pay for toothpaste and a toothbrush. For £100, I would expect the little complimentary ones.

Room was nice and big and clean with a desk. Shower was good and the room was quiet.

the room was compact double, shower cubicle basic small but shower worked well, a good basic business stopover room for a couple of nights to visit Brighton but not pretty or romantic....

location next to train station - not noise in room, 5 minutes to town centre and 15 minutes to beach, nice lobby was busy with guests so good place to meet before heading out, food looked good didn't try. lifts to 5 floors and stairs, interior clean tidy and neat.

Lovely hotel at the back of Brighton train station, very friendly staff, room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, also close to a Enterprise car rental. We will definitely return.

Be very careful not to drive to the front the hotel. We arrived late and it was heavy rain and after driving 3 hours to get there. I drove to the front of the hotel to drop my partner off so we didn’t have to walk in the rain with the cases from the carpark. It was too late when I noticed £100 fine for driving up the road. It’s for taxis only. Maybe the hotel could make it clear when you book. I just didn’t see the signs in the dark and pouring rain. Very expensive mistake. The key card wouldn’t work a few times. Had to keep going to find a cleaner to let us in or go back down to reception
