It is a nice, normal, an OK only hotel, but very overpriced for the location in general. To pay over 200 pounds for one night is crazy! And it is definitely not a 4 star hotel, rather a 3 star one, looking at European standards. Breakfast also could have been much better for the price one pays, as I am not keen on conserved beans and eggs for breakfast, need to put more fruits and vegetables!

Was very happy with the room and cleaning service, but a little maintenance needed. Like, the toilet cistern made a very long high pitched noise when flushed (we didn't complain, as didn't bother us enough-we agreed to keep the door closed after at night if using). Some paint touch ups in the room needed in a couple places. It's a very nice/well maintained hotel, so this would have really stood it out.

Poor food selection no accommodation for halal and no late night service and now water bottles. No parking and no leisure facilities. Aircon not very good in room.

Second time staying here as very family friendly. Our family room was a good size and the beds comfy. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had our evening meal at the hotel which was delicious as well as value for money!

Breakfast was okay, Quorn sausages offered when asked for vegan sausages. Quorrn contains egg white and therefore is not vegan. The bathroom was clean but could do with modernising/a refresh. Shower curtains were present. Lighting in the room was very poor.

Helpful, friendly welcoming staff 😊 Modern decor, spacious reception, lounge and bar area. The location is great easy walking distance to everywhere and right next to the train station.

The staff should have asked on arrival if we had parked in the car park opposite. Asked for the QR code on leaving and realised we should have paid for parking on arrival by the app. The gentleman on reception was abrupt and unhelpful. We had lots of problems paying for parking after that and it tainted our stay at your hotel.

The fact that the room doesn’t have a fridge and complimentary water. I like drinking water at night and I was stranded.

I liked that it is a stone throw from the station! Great breakfast, very neat and has friendly staff 😍 The table football table was great for the kids.

We didn't like the hot breakfast selection the quality was not as good as our last visit. The dinner menu is also limited, the children's menu in particular, and the prices are too high, therefore we had to order from outside the hotel.

We liked the room and the shower, the note and chocolates left were a great touch and made us feel very welcome and appreciative. The hotel staff were friendly, particularly the lady who greeted us for breakfast.

Perfect location, just next to Brighton railway station. Exit from the back of platform 8 following "Taxis" sign. Staff were great. Breakfast was nice.

Very clean. Perfect location. Helpful staff Unfortunately when we were checked into our room and when we went up to it, someone else was already using it, as their clothes were hung up. Luckily we realised before we made ourselves 'at home' and went straight back to reception where they were very apologetic, and gave us a complimentary drink voucher. It was a genuine mistake which was rectified swiftly.
