ust two quibbles, Air conditioning. You don't need it. The piaza was too cold unless you could escape the AC (far end of the bar area). I had a pizza in the Italian restaurant which was thin base and should have been crusty but was undercooked. Pity because in the past I've had only positive experiences.

The hotel is ideally located for Gatwick and a pleasure to visit. The rooms are comfortable and the staff very friendly. J

The restaurants around the property and within the hotel are very poor. The food is not good. We ordered 4 different dishes and they were either cold, tasteless or poor value.

Great location for Gatwick for both terminals. Clean. Nice staff. Quiet at night for a good sleep.

The bar staff are really not very attentive - it’s over priced and frustratingly slow. This has happened consistently on stays so defo not a one off .

The room environment set by sinuses off. My nose was streaming throughout the night which I can only put down to the air filters. I therefore didn’t sleep very well.

I can't think of a thing since my stay was only a few hours.

Very clean and quiet with a comfy bed. I would have preferred a queen or double bed but all they had was two single beds. The hotel is very modern and so very convenient when accessing an early morning flight which I was doing.

Bellhop supplied inadequate information about the parking fees etc, desk manager very helpful and took care of the charges, room was on the 8th floor corner room, little tired with bad carpet joints and curtains fraying on the edges.

Location for our flight out to Iceland, stayed two nights and had access to the club lounge which included hors d oeuvres and drinks. Great location overlooking the runway etc, open from 6pm till 10pm we arrived at 615 and everything was gone due to the animals staying that night, it was embarrassing to watch them lick the bowls we left and went downstairs for supper. Second night totally different smaller crowd who were well behaved. Breakfast was excellent both mornings.

Very comfortable bed and room. Staff very pleasant and helpful. It's a great hotel to stay at the night before an early flight. We used the package that included parking during our holiday. It's incredibly convenient as both the hotel and the parking are right next to the terminal. This was a second time doing this and we will definitely do so again.

Great location, good rooms overlooking runway and very comfortable beds. We love this hotel. The breakfast is also very good.
