It is not the property’s fault but seemed like there were clubs nearby . Was loud music and noisy at night. Could not get good rest.

Shower water was weak. I did not feel it reaches and washes to my legs. But shower head was fixed and i could not wash my body well. I was alone and brought heavy suitcases and bags. But nobody helped to bring them. Several male staffs in the bar just watched me. It was hard to bring them from the bus stop as well because it's uphill from the bus stop to the hotel.

In front of the coast and I could see the sea from my bed. The room is small but there are tea/coffee, a ketle and cups. And iron, hair dryer ( though the dryer in my room did not work)

The room was incredibly warm. However we couldn't sleep with the windows open due to the noise. The hotel helpfully provided earplugs (thank you) but these only took the edge off and it was still very difficult to sleep. A real shame (and not the fault of the hotel) but it really was incredibly loud and seemed to vibrate through the hotel. I'm not a light sleeper and I really struggled. The music eventually stopped around 4am and after that I slept like a baby :)

Beautiful room in a fabulous location. Friendly and helpful staff. The option to buy a parking permit was a bonus. Would have been 10/10 if not for the noise issues noted below. It feels a shame to knock the score down for something out of the hotel's control, but it really did have an effect.

A little noisy due to the closeness of the main road and traffic. Also a little noisy from the late opening clubs nearby. However this was expected and I'm splitting hairs really. Our room would have benefitted from Air conditioning but a fan was provided.

Friendly welcome. Helpful staff. Great location and sea views. Fantastic nightly entertainment. Good food . Room was well presented and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and tidy.

Finding a car parking space was a nightmare, despite the permits purchased (£13 a day) allowing on-street parking in the restricted areas nearby. You really need to know the one-way system too!

Room was large, fresh, newly decorated and with great views over the rooftops of Brighton (as well a glimpse of the sea). Breakfast (£10) was good and plentiful. Location on the seafront is convenient for the Brighton Centre and the Lanes.

Unclear parking situation. No fridge in our room. The shower needs a little upgrade because of the uneven waterflow.

The location is perfect, sea view is beautiful. The entertainment programs are great. The bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. Worth the money.

Very cramped room . Ok for one night but no longer Lack of storage and a very draughty window. Although spotless- bathroom was very small Breakfast hit or miss Poached eggs on toast covered in hollandaise. Beans very cold. Forgot toast one morning

The only issues we had was the bed being a little hard for one of us and we had to buy something to cover as we adjusted to sleeping on top of the duvet. The other was the blinds. Due to be warm, we had the windows open but with the wind outside, the blinds would flap against the window from and wake you up in the night.

Location was perfect and the sea view was exceptional. You could see the sea for miles. The black out curtains and the aesthetic appearance were perfect.
