We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomDid not like very limited breakfast time, so if your staying for work purposes or have an early start there would be no breakfast .
This is a guest house , not a hotel, breakfast was great, but only served between 9 & 10, small bar is only open at weekends, lovely lady and parking is extremely limited so get there well before check in, overall it was a lovely little place.

The hostess is an incredible, welcoming person. So attentive and kind. The room was efficient, clean and the double bed was so comfortable. Loved the fact that there was an en suite as I prefer my own space. Consisting of a toilet, sink and shower. Despite being next to a bar, the sound was minimal. You could come and go as you please. The hotel was quiet, and no more than a 4 minute walk from the Blackpool North train station, so it is in a perfect location. I didn't have to lug my suitcase too far! Cute black, friendly cat that sits on the wall outside was a lovely little bonus. Pretty sure she's the greeter haha. Overall,I most definitely would stay again. On this trip I did not opt for the breakfast, but I would in future.

It was very nice and clean. The room was lovely with private bathroom. The landlady was lovely I think her name was Fansis (apologies if spelled wrong) Breakfast was lovely with plenty cereal and juices etc. Cooked breakfast was great and value for money. Location was great and close to all amenities. All round a very nice place to stay.
