Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainBaths! I find getting in and out of baths tricky, and a shower would be much easier for people of limited mobility. Last year when I enquired about a shower, I was told that there was only one "disabled" bathroom in the entire hotel.
The hotel is ideally placed for either an early or late ferry crossing. Breakfast was good, and the on site (mostly Italian based) restaurant meant a tasty meal could be enjoyed without having to drive anywhere. The staff all seemed pleasant and helpful.

United KingdomThe aircon / heating / ventilation system in the room was unduly noisy which was disturbing. It also appeared to be affected by constructive interference from other noise sources (probably adjacent rooms' equivalent systems and/or the bathroom fan) which meant the humming sound level varied quite considerably depending where you were in the room.
Arrival was smooth and welcoming. Parking was excellent; well arranged at the front of the hotel and reasonably secure, with good oversight from the front desk / lobby area. The room was clean and well presented, as were the public areas. The Bella Italia restaurant provided a very good and reasonably priced evening meal without need to go elsewhere. The service in the restaurant was also good. The breakfast service in the same dining space was similarly good - wide selection and appreciated.

We use this hotel frequently . Clean rooms, comfortable beds, decent breakfasts, good parking on site. The WiFi on our last visit did not work in the room but fine in reception areas. However we had not previously experienced this problem.
