Bed was not comfortable but we are used to a super king size. I ended up sleeping on the sofa. no extras like tea bags, milk or spare loo rolls which are provided for 5 stars. Carpet and shower room need a deep clean.

Excellent location and view. Very spacious loung,dinner/ kitchen space. Two large and comfortable sofas. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

There was a smell in the ensuite shower room but once the shower was used it went away. Maybe before anyone checks in the owner can run the water. Also one of the settees was very hard and uncomfortable.

The sofa bed/sofa were uncomfortable to sit on. We can't comment on what they were like to sleep on, hopefully more comfortable than sitting on. The ensuite bathroom had a horrible smell and assumed it must be the drains as this was there on arrival and when we left on day 3.

The views from the apartment were lovely overlooking the park and out to see. Location is spot on and great for us as a family. The apartment was clean and had good facilities in the kitchen. TV facilities were good with Netflix and some games to play on the shelf.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor; so bit difficult to get all the luggage through the stairs. The cleanliness should be improved; with many utensils left not being cleaned. One bathroom only has a tub without any shower facilities; this should be added. One bathroom door & bedroom blind needs to be repaired.

The location was great, just in front of the park overlooking the sea beach & very near Town Center. The apartment is quite spacious with all kitchen equipment’s.

in the on-suit there was an unpleasant smell throughout our stay. would have liked to have a hoover to be able to clean around also to know where they bin area is

the location was great being next to the park with a young child made our stay fun. the look and feel of the apartment was fabulous throughout, had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. lovely and spacious living area for our little one to play. we will definitely be returning in the future

We stayed for one night so only had cups & glasses to wash up. No liquid to hand wash and seemed silly to use the dishwasher. J cloths would've come in useful too.

In a prime position easy walking distance for all amenities South Shields has to offer. Not to mention the great view from the balcony.

we use this apartment regularly

The property is great and is clean, the kitchen has all utensils. The only problem was that the drains from the shower , basin and bath all had gone stagnant and really smelt awful . We had to clean all the drain areas which made it fine and good smelling. Maybe the cleaners should put some cleaner down the drains and wash it out before leaving.

Furniture in the living room was not very comfortable, and did not feel stable.

Excellent location, lovely sea views and only few minutes walk to the beach. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Lovely comfy beds.

I wouldnt change a thing

This was great value for money and the location was amazing would defiantly stay here again the park for the kids and dog is a stones through over the road. The flat was clean and tidy and had everything we needed thanks very much.

The tenant in the apartment below smoked constantly on his balcony/ window- which rose and spoilt any experience sitting on the balcony outside, especially with a 6 month old baby. i complained to booking. com but my complaint was ignored. The en suite bathroom smelt of drains from the beginning of our weeks stay - this was also ignored- eventually the kitchen sink blocked and we were told a plumber would fix this but this did not transpire- very difficult to manage with a baby. Communication with booking. com was abysmal, and sadly what could have been a lovely stay was disappointing and not worth the price paid

The kitchen was filthy. (Oven very greasy, grimy, hasn't been cleaned in years) Washing Machine grubby, cutlery and Utensils still had dried food stuck to them. Toilet roll holders hanging off wall, huge noticeable stain on spare quilt, Remote didn't work for tv which was a problem (having 4 children) Beds and Sofa beds very uncomfortable.
