Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThere were not enough staff at breakfast, we had to keep waiting for plates or food to be replenished and wait for clean tables. The pool leisure facilities are in a terrible state. Steam room and jacuzzi were both broken. The mens changing room was closed due to renovation over the busy Bank Holiday weekend, terrible planning. The pool liner is a mess and badly wrinkled with dirt in all the folds. The mattress was covered in horrible stains and needs to be thrown away. We booked a king bed room and were given a room with a small double and single so had to sleep in separate beds.
The food was good quality and there were gluten free options which is good. It is in a quiet location and there is ample parking. It is out of town but you can walk along the river to get there (a long walk). The staff are very friendly and helpful.

United KingdomWhen we enquired about an evening meal in their restaurant ,we were informed they had a large coach party booked, & suggested we might prefer to walk across the road to the Brewers Fare,Premier Inn which made bar type meals & would perhaps save us waiting time . ! We obviously took up their offer !
Hotel was ideally situated- only very short distance away from M6 exit & was ideal stopping off point for a journey half way from N.West Wales to Ardrossan, Scotland Hotel only about a mile from centre of historic Lancaster town centre. Nice lovely twin room on the ground floor

United KingdomWe were put in a premier room with the no air conditioning working. Last weekend was warm and the room would’ve been unbearable to sleep in. Though we only had a 20min wait to swap rooms which was good.
The staff were very helpful come 10pm and moved us to a new room. Breakfast was fantastic!!

United KingdomBreakfast - the choice of food was good but the cooked breakfast was STONE COLD and had probably been sitting on the counter for ages to be so cold. We had a room over looking the main rd which unfortunately had traffic moving alright so not such a sleep.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly.
