You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Parking is next to the caravan and the location is nice and quiet, we had a lovely family stay and explored the beautiful area and stunning lakes. We didn't get passes for the park so can't comment on them but we would definitely go back to this lovely caravan!

The caravan is located in a quiet area of park and yet was only 5 minutes walk from all of the activities. The host Colin was fantastic. He could not do enough for us during our stay. We had a great time and will definitely return!.

Excellent caravan, clean and beautifully arranged. The host was also brilliant and had contact with them throughout. Keys were easy to collect from the key box. I used the caravan as a base stay to explore the lake district and it met my expectations.

Our stay here was nice, Colin the owner was in touch shortly after booking to confirm and was very attentive to our needs. Caravan was clean on arrival with a sweet welcome pack & wifi hub installed, with plenty of games stocked incase you’re stuck in on a rainy day. An information pack was included which let us know of nearby supermarkets which was great. Location wise this was not bad and easy to access the parts of the Lake District we were visiting. We enjoyed our time here and found the caravan to be quite spacious, fitting our family of 6 in well.

The park is very good with plenty to do on site if you’re looking for a ready made break. Colin & Lesley are great hosts, who will do anything for you to help you get the most from your stay.
