We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe kettle in our room was underneath a mirror so not an ideal situation as I found I had to unplug it to use the hairdryer. Only a very minor point. But thought it could have been in a better situation underneath the tv.
Exceptional. A good variety on offer. As one in our party is Vegan. Good choices of non dairy and more than willing to adapt to our needs.

I couldn't fault a thing: the location was wonderful; the staff hard working, friendly and attentive; the hotel was clean, well equipped and confortable; food was delicious and plentiful and the pool was warm. The hotel manager even organised for us to have beautiful weather!

Hotel offers so many extra facilities, pool, outdoor area and also now the Slip Bistro where you can dine on the beach. Can't wait to return. We have stayed in many of the top Jersey hotels, and I must say this is our favourote.

Location was awesome, the welcome was great and the hotel itself a real discovery. Great bar too! The manager, Rafal, prepped the swimming pool early in the morning so my colleague could have an early swim - great service!

Beautiful views of the bay from our room, breakfast was amazing, so freshly cooked, staff were very attentive and helpful during our stay. Lovely pool area to relax. Very close to lots of restaurants and the bus route stops right outside the hotel.
