The view is exceptional, the grounds and garden are beautiful. It was like stepping back in time. Every member of staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. A slice of paradise. The heated pool made me feel like I had travelled abroad.

Not a complaint just mild feedback. Breakfast was not until 8 which made it a little tight for our Sark day trip. So may be an earlier breakfast time.

Great room. Excellent breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who had a good positive attitude. Good location for St Aubin. We will use again.

Great room with sea views, and what a view it was too. The staff cannot do enough for you. When the sun is shining, there are few nicer locations to have a drink or tea in the gardens looking at the sea views (so okay, block the road noise out which is quite simple to do). Rooms are well equipped and lovely and clean. Lovely breakfast too. As mentioned above, the staff are great and really make the place special.

Great location, lovely setting. Room was gorgeous. Floor in the room was a bit uneven, but not a failing. Lovely breakfast.

The downstairs lounge and bar area were dark and not very inviting. As the weather was warm and sunny we did not need to sit there as we sat outside.

Our room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent in terms of quality and selection. The terrace and swimming pool. Lots of outdoors seating and very clean and tidy. Pool as just warm enough, I swam each afternoon. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Nothing not to like ........ just a bit sad that they no longer do the airport run ...it made you feel a bit special so maybe they will bring it back.

This hotel is surely one of the best in Jersey..its a bit of luxury and so clean and friendly. The staff are all very good and nothing is too much trouble..and the breakfast was superb. All fresh and very tasty.

It was a shame our bedroom overlooked the car park, as it was warm we needed to sleep with the window open and the noisy gravel did wake us up once or twice.

All the staff we met were so nice, very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel was ideal, right across the road from the beach and just a short walk to the pubs and restaurants. I am coeliac, this wasn't a problem as the chef and kitchen staff provided the best gluten free breakfast.

Breakfast cooked could have been a little warmer Their was a few ants in the lodge mainly in the bedroom area but we got over it with some jungle spray which most people use a as repellent !

The room was beautifully furnished. Clean and comfy beds. Breakfast choice and quality was exceptional. We also ordered food around the pool, which was great too. Staff friendly and accommodating. Stunning location on St Aubin Bay. Gardens were lovely and the heated pool was excellent. There are changing rooms, showers and toilets for use too. We visit Jersey several times a year. First time at La Haule and if the price is right, it wont be the last

The lack, perhaps in this period, of the shuttle to and from the airport; it should be noted that public transport is available to connect to the center of Jersey

The reception staff were really kind and helpful; Mr. Rafal, Mrs. Sarah and Mr. Ramy were very attentive to all our needs. A big thank you we will certainly return to stay at the Haule Manor hotel again. Hotel to recommend

No evening meals at all. This necessitated a walk into St Aubins, albeit only 15 minutes each way. It was a nice evening, but if it had been raining, not ideal.

What an amazing place to stay! Completely beautiful location, wonderful facilities and, most importantly, brilliant staff. Everyone made us feel so welcome and it was really lovely to meet the whole team. The pool is a dream and breakfast was exceptional. Our room was so peaceful and we had amazing views of the sea and the castle. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Everything was perfect

Location was perfect. Beautiful pool area and terrace overlooking the sea. Apartment 1 was well equipped and lovely spacious place to stay.
