Mike met us on arrival and showed us the parking space and the apartment. Great communication with Mike and Elisa before, during and after our stay. Slough station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and has frequent high speed trains to London Paddington station. The non-stop Paddington train takes less than 20 minutes but you need to remember that you cannot use an Oyster card to or from Slough from London. The train to Windsor is about 5 minutes. If the weather is bad you can be under cover for almost half of the walk from the apartment to the station as there is an enormous Tesco Express with under cover car parking that you can walk through.

The noise from the other flat usually filtered into my room. The wall could have been thicker/soundproof. Wifi is only available in the flat and not all around the facilities as advertised.

Clean facility. With parking. The flat has the required items & everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is Close to bus stop and train station as well as to shopping mall. Very easy to location.

Everything was great, hot water ran out once, the owners were a message away and they instantly replied with how to get the hot water back on.

the property was very clean, lots of facilities, all essentials were given. the location was the best part. two large supermarkets both 5 minute walk, train station 7 minute walk, food/high street 5 minute walk, and best of all a huge shopping centre 1 minute walk. yet nice and quiet.

The cleaning staff were slightly appalling, as the cups had milk marks, utensils with residue and toilets with urine marks on the rim. Very dissatisfied to see this in such a beautiful apartment.

Located near the station and two hypermarkets, the apartment is located in a relatively good building for Slough. Owners had great communication and had thoughtful furnishings (diffusers, detergent etc.) Even included 2 fans for the hot weather.

Good secure location close to all amenities. Quiet, considering we are in the town center. Great Wi-Fi and good television services. Kitchen had everything we needed. Mike was very accommodating.

Please keep in mind that the apartment is small. It might be better for a couple. For us, four people (including two kids), the space was limited. Luckily we spent most of our time outside during the day. It was fine.

Our host Mike was fantastic. He was very flexible about our check in timing and went extra miles to make sure we stayed comfortably. He also shared a lot of local tips and provided extra goodies (breakfast for the first day and chocolate for kids). The apartment was newly renovated and clean, very close to the supermarket and train station. We also loved the convenience of having a dedicated covered parking spot. Highly recommended!

As a single visitor or couple it was very good. Very warm and comfortable. Having a Supermarket and shopping centre in walking distance was very convenient.

Mike was excellent, I had sent him over my live location as I was driving over. He met us at the car park to help direct us to a spot, and showed us to the flat too. The flat has everything you need, he even provided us with a few breakfast items which was a lovely touch. Everything was very clean and well taken care of

The host is very helpful and he will be available when you need. Items in kitchen are self suffeicent for the family. Washing machine is availble which is a great plus i am staying in other locations but where i don't have washing machine. Apartment is having a reception and Gym which is plus. It is near to shopping complexes and grocery stores.

Wasn’t really an issue but during our stay the hot water stopped coming in the evening so had to use boiled water for our bath. This was due to some error on the water timer, however the host were very good at responding back to our messages during this small crisis and managed to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

The hosts were friendly and very good at responding back to messages. All our queries were answered. The place is clean and cosy. Easily accessible. Right next to the shopping centre and two big supermarkets so very convenient.

Bit low on cooking equipment eg baking trays. Dishwasher wasn’t working so drawers with utensils in were a bit unclean and so was the crockery and utensils. The washing machine needs a good clean too.

Amazing hosts, easy to get hold of and really quick to respond. Great explanatory video on how to find and access the property. Comfy bed. Easy to warm up and keep the property warm. Cleaning products available. Nice decoration. Oven, fridge and bathroom clean having an allocated parking space was helpful.

The carpet in the carpet in the communal areas of the building was quite stained.

Mike couldn't have been more helpful guiding me how to use the App to get in, instead of a key, as I hadn't used this type of system before. The flat had everything one needed to self cater.

The property is very small as i heard that the building used to be offices. You will not be able to sleep in the daylight as the sunshine gets inside the bedroom. There was a load noise upstairs going almost continuously which made the staying very uncomfortable. The smell of the flats near by when they cook gets inside.

Everything the apartment was beautiful and so clean the beds were so comfy we will definitely be back its the best stay we have had The host Elisa is amazing so friendly and kind met us on arrival nothing was to much trouble I would recommend others book as you will not be disappointed
