The place is fine but is just too pricey for what it is. The decor was dated and there were scratches and marks on the walls that could be easily touched up. One staff member was also a little curt when we were checking in. Breakfast was okay apart from the fruit salad, which had soured - this is something that staff should be sure to check.

The room was clean and a bit bigger than expected given previous reviews, and was pretty comfy. The location is convenient and we appreciated having parking available.

Although I booked a single room it was rather small, every time a person or persons walked passed the room it was very noisy and caused the floor to bounced and creak which didn't lead to a good night sleep.

The rooms were small and dated with only the very basics, but this didn’t detract from the overall experience. I’d stay there again.

The hotel is old but quaint. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh and tasty! The location was perfect for a night in advance of going ti Skye. Staff were able to recommend a taxi company who ended up being the highlight of our trip!

Again the light switch on the outside of the bathroom. I realize there is no fixing that. Need more hooks or shelving in the bathroom. I wasn't a fan of the breakfast. Waffles or pancakes would be a nice addition. And I don't want to cost anyone their job or anything but the older, balding, gentleman wasn't very pleasant. To me or my fellow travelers. If you're going to work in hospitality. Be hospitable.

The location was great. Almost everyone was very nice and friendly. The dinner was delicious and the bar was fun. My room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice a big. I don't understand why the bathroom light switch is on the outside of the bathroom though. Maybe that's a UK thing.

The tables for two in the dining room window were far too close together and it was not possible to have a private conversation. Very uncomfortable.

This hotel used to serve fish options for breakfast but these have not reappeared post-Covid. This is a particular disappointment given the price being charged.

The many little sets of stairs and doors between the front door and my ground floor room were troublesome since I had mobility issues. Accessible accommodations are rare and expensive, so Kyle Hotel was a good choice in spite of the difficulties.

The staff was hospitable. The location was convenient. Being able to get my breakfast takeaway was terrific!

Dinner pretty ordinary, and most of the wines on the wine list appeared to be not available, e.g. none of the red wines by the glass on offer could be produced.

They used to do a good cooked breakfast here but seems to have switched to a buffet style, which was NOT good.

Price and location. Its a fairly basic hotel. Small rooms with dated furniture and facilities. But it's clean and comfortable.

Room was small and dark and not as described in booking detail. Ventilation was poor with heavy condensation on inside of window. For the money paid this was very poor value and would not return to this hotel. Of the 9 hotels we have stayed in as part of this Scotland tour this was well below standard expected.

Staff friendly and attentive, no complaints with staff. Food was OK but nothing that a pub would provide Shower was fine although hot water in to basin virtually stopped when filling basin.
