We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe rooms were small and dated with only the very basics, but this didn’t detract from the overall experience. I’d stay there again.
The hotel is old but quaint. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh and tasty! The location was perfect for a night in advance of going ti Skye. Staff were able to recommend a taxi company who ended up being the highlight of our trip!

United StatesAgain the light switch on the outside of the bathroom. I realize there is no fixing that. Need more hooks or shelving in the bathroom. I wasn't a fan of the breakfast. Waffles or pancakes would be a nice addition. And I don't want to cost anyone their job or anything but the older, balding, gentleman wasn't very pleasant. To me or my fellow travelers. If you're going to work in hospitality. Be hospitable.
The location was great. Almost everyone was very nice and friendly. The dinner was delicious and the bar was fun. My room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice a big. I don't understand why the bathroom light switch is on the outside of the bathroom though. Maybe that's a UK thing.

United StatesThe many little sets of stairs and doors between the front door and my ground floor room were troublesome since I had mobility issues. Accessible accommodations are rare and expensive, so Kyle Hotel was a good choice in spite of the difficulties.
The staff was hospitable. The location was convenient. Being able to get my breakfast takeaway was terrific!

For the money paid this was very poor value and would not return to this hotel. Of the 9 hotels we have stayed in as part of this Scotland tour this was well below standard expected.
Staff friendly and attentive, no complaints with staff. Food was OK but nothing that a pub would provide Shower was fine although hot water in to basin virtually stopped when filling basin.

Lovely hotel - photos & description are an accurate depiction. Central location for shops, restaurants & convenient walking distance from the railway station. Very comfortable double-room with modern bathroom & shower mixer tap operation that was so simple & not the typical, usual UK 'adventure of discovery' ! As my husband & I are in our ‘senior’ years, I requested if possible, a room on the ground floor - being from Australia & travelling for 2 & a half months, our suitcases were a little heavier than normal (!) & having to negotiate stairs somewhat of a challenge !!! Happily my request was promptly answered & able to be met with a guarantee that we'd be accommodated in a ground floor room - I /we sincerely appreciated this consideration. Both upon check-in & check-out the following day, we were welcomed & farewelled by very efficient, professional members of reception staff. We enjoyed a lovely meal & drink in the bar in the evening on the night of our arrival & a hearty breakfast the following morning. We highly recommended this hotel to future guests.
