Nothing! The hill at first. BUT.... for me, as difficult as it was, to see the houses and gardens overlooking the gorgeous views of the sea..... For me... The struggle was worth it!

Oh my goodness. Where to start! The hosts were marvellous! So friendly and so kind. Picking me up with my luggage, and also dropping me down the hill when I checked out as I couldn't get a taxi. The room was wonderful. Decor was extremely stylish and everything was ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS! Thank you so so much. I hope to come again. I especially liked the lovely chair in my room which was a joy to sit and listen to all the birds. The bathroom was amazing. All the little touches were well thought out, and as I said, the decor was really lovely. I didn't want to leave. Breakfast. Well. What to say. I am a lover of smoked salmon and I can honestly confirm this was the BEST salmon I've ever eaten! So tasty. There was a good selection of most things. I was keeping an eye on what I ate so I sadly avoided all things bread and ate the salmon, cheese and fruit. The kiwi especially was great! The breakfast room had a superb original wall which was great. Everything about this accommodation was totally top notch!

Great place for staying in Tobermory set up the back of the town, lovely clean and tidy room with en-suite and great welcome from Alison and Graham, the breakfast was fabulous, good coffee, a steep hill to climb on way back up, but stunning views of the bay!

Large comfortable en-suite single room, delicious breakfast, spotlessly clean, good value for money, Alison was a delightful and helpful host, easy to park outside, close to town. Would definitely choose to stay there again.

Our stay was too short!

Alison warmly welcomed us and showed us to our room, which was lovely, comfy, sparkling clean and filled with lots of extras that made you immediately feel at home! For example, as well as the teas/coffees/biscuits, there was a small decanter of whiskey and chocolates, plus the bathroom was filled with lovely toiletries - the diffuser was gorgeous! We also loved the continental breakfast that had an array of fruit, salmon, hams as well as cereal, toast and pastries. Alison and Graham were friendly hosts and shared lots of local knowledge which was so helpful - we felt happy to go to them with any queries. We would definitely return if visiting Mull in the future and would highly recommend.

Kirk Cottage is beautiful and felt very homely. Alison made us feel very welcomed and everything we could possibly need, was already there for us - even some good tipples of Tobermory whiskey.

Nothing but as others have mentioned be aware it is at the top of a steep hill from the main street.

Very welcoming hosts and clean and comfortable place to stay. The continental breakfast was fabulous. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room with biscuits which is always welcome. A lovely location too! Tobermory and the Isle of Mull are just simply beautiful.

A lovely stay at a super clean B&B a few minutes walk from the sea front. Lovely bedroom with en-suite, very nice buffet breakfast with cereal, toast and a buffet including bagels, croissants, cold meats, smoked salmon and cheeses. On-street parking right outside and very welcoming hosts. Ate at the Western Isles hotel one night and at a local Pub on the sea front the second - both very good.
