    Nothing!

Stayed here a few times now, every room is spotless, lovely beds and amazing showers! Fantastic kitchen to use, and even a breakfast in the morning. Excellent value for money.

We didn't find the bed very comfortable

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It felt homely and you are able to use a communal kitchen to make hot drinks and food if you want to. The breakfast was cereal, toast, yogurt or fruit, tea & filter coffee - self service. This suited us very well.

    Mattress uncomfortable. Otherwise not much.

Hostess friendly and helpful. We could just help ourselves to a simple breakfast and tea or coffee at other times. Location is great - do visit Ye Olde Inne a few hundred metres along the street. Excellent for walking and for the charming High Street.

I liked it all enormously and I think with the owners commitment and enthusiasm it will get even better.

A great concept. A kind of communal vibe with class! Great facilities, very large, comfortable room with great en-suite shower. Lovely, large communal sitting room with wifi. Excellent cooking facilities with a dining area. Very good DIY breakfast with plenty of choice. Lovely pub down the road within easy walking distance with good food and atmosphere and parking on site. Informal, friendly and fun and fabulous location in Kington with shops, walks and facilities close by. Incredible value. I li thought it worked brilliantly oved it and would definitely recommend it and stay again.

I’ve been walking Offa’s Dyke so my priorities were a clean comfy bed, a warm welcome and a hot shower (not in that order) - this was the perfect place for me and my dog. And it made a huge difference to today’s walking.

    Everything was great.

Easy to find. Warm welcome from the owners. The B&B is a lovely building that still has hints of its YHA past, which I liked. Having access to a lounge and kitchen was ideal as it's not always viable economically to dine out every night as a solo traveller. The room was clean and comfortable and had all I needed for my stay. Secure storage for my bicycle was great too. Kington is a lovely market town with enough cafes and pubs should you wish to eat out. The cycle route 825 passes by making this an excellent stop off point if you're going further afield after.

Just the mattress being a little too hard but that seems standard for hotels

Having read a couple of reviews before, is has a heads up that it was previously a hostel, so it was my first time in a place like it. The host was lovely and made me feel very welcome and showed me around. There were some informative signs with a sense of humour to add a smile to the stay. Tea making is in the shared kitchen instead of the rooms and the mattress was harder than I would have liked, but overall I felt safe, welcomed and had a good nights sleep

Kington Accomodation is a very beautiful place situated in the quiet but stunning town of Kington. Our hosts were super freidnly and we found our way around just fine whilst visiting the Royal Welsh Show. It is the perfect place to stay when walking in the area (an acitivity I can only recommend). My dad and I felt right at home during our 5 day stay and will surely stay again when visiting that area.

Very minor one is it's on the main road, but it's also only a short walk to the town's shops.

Spotlessly clean. Welcome pack for dog 🐕 Nice lounge, games and books provided.
