Difficult access to room. I was on second floor, steep stairs, no lift, as a disabled pensioner this was a real struggle. No offer of help with luggage. I would stay again if I was offered a ground floor room.

The first room had a broken hairdryer , no radiator and very noisy pipes . No one came to see about that , as I was told at reception . The Wi-Fi was very poor in that room . I was moved upstairs which was much better . The only downside was the constant slamming of doors and noisy guests .

It’s central to where I needed to be. It’s clean and convenient .

I ordered the room through booking and paid extra for a spacious double room and ( where a cot could be put in according to the descrjption).received a small double room. When I enquired about this the receptionist told us that there was no such category and that there were none such room available in any case. It felt a bit like a ripped off. Wifi was rather week

Kind and helpful staff, relatively quiet room, there was a fridge and a safe and we could leave our luggage before receiving the room and after checking out. Great location for our needs

We didn't like the creaking floors, we had a problem with TV signal due to a damaged coaxial cable and also with the Wi-Fi connection after entering a password.

We liked the hotel location and our nice little room overlooking Golders Green Road.

No real storage for our bags at the very early check out time of 10 am. We went to the airport, therefore, much earlier than necessary.

We arrived early having been forced to leave our previous accommodation a day early. We had only 1 day left of our trip and just wanted a bed for the night. Staff were very helpful and although we arrived before noon, made the room available immediately. We were offered a vegetarian breakfast which we declined. There were plenty of places nearby in which to eat. MJF

Very noisy! Doors slamming during night and can hear other guests running and making noise in the hallways.

The cleaning staff are not doing their jobs, and the receptionist said the hotel don't have anyone to clean a room in the hotel. /

The en-suite toilet was extremely tight. It feels like at some point a shower has been squeezed in, cordoning off the toilet and making it extremely cramped with little room to move. The room we had was also very close to reception, and subject to a lot of noise from the reception area, We were also woken up sharp at 8am by cleaning/vacuuminig starting at 8am right outside our room door.

The staff were great, helpful, and friendly, and the location was perfect for what we needed. Golders Green is a good distance for staying if you plan to head into the central city area.

Corridors looked really tired and worn but the room was better, maybe a bit worn in places, but compared to corridors it was better!

Room was comfortable, shower was warm and worked well, hairdryer worked, not listed on facilities, lots of tea and coffee facilities. Beds were comfy. Reception was welcoming and helpful. Free parking.

Just the opening under the air conditioning is nothing else. The room is clean and presentable.

There is a wide opening underneath the air conditioner, which looks a little creepy. It can be covered with some picture decorations or a board to prevent scaring people away. My first thought was that some weirdo might pass through it.

No blinds or curtains on bathroom window, although it's frosted glass, it made me feel exposed and uncomfortable, to wash at the sink as it's opposite a busy car park!!!!! Also no hot water, when we arrived or in the morning, so we couldn't take a shower! TV didn't work in one of our rooms and the corridors need some paintwork doing.

Really nice friendly staff especially Ravi!!!!! Room was clean and fresh smelling. Lovely comfortable clean bed, had a great sleep! Tea & Coffee in rooms and use of iron and board, hairdryer from reception. Fantastic location to Wembley, the bus stop is literally outside the hotel and a 10-15 min walk to Golders Green station, viewing lots of shops along the way! Was good enough for one night stay and that comfy bed!

kettle too large to fit in sink, it was a standard size rather then the smaller hotel versions, teat /coffee tray had a long blonde hair and was gull of dust, had to wash cups and kettle in shower, fill kettle in shower, also nothing provided apart from milk. USB ports did not work, only other sockets where in the 8-9 meters from the bed. Wifi did not work.
