We have stayed in most of the Harrington Dream Stays apartments over the last few years, and the Kingsmead ones are our favourite - both due to the location and the layout/size of the apartment. The beds are comfortable, and the apartment is pretty well equipped.

No communication with dream stay even when I messaged about a family emergency I had no reply.

Modern clean great location the flat was fab lovely breakfast in the cafe below perfect location for exploring bath. The parking was a bit of a pain as it was a good 15min walk away but that’s what you have to do to get a central location.

The only thing I dislike is we had to reach the apartment by stairs only.

Everything is good. The apartment is beautiful and the location is good. Dream Stays Bath provided everything we needed. The staff were very helpful.

Great location. Value for money and clean and comfortable. Able to drop bags early at the accommodation and the correspondence with booking very efficient.

No lift access and quite noisy of a night time due to bar and fish and chip shop customers opposite. Property lovely though couldn’t fault it in anyway.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Our apartments were on the 2nd & 3rd floor. There were a lot of steps, so for anyone that struggles to get up steps, they might want to be sure to be on the ground floor.

Absolutely beautiful apartments. We rented two, 1 bedroom apartments. They were both very spacious, decorated beautifully, very clean & cozy with everything you need for a stay. The location was superb, within walking distance to the Roman Baths, shopping, endless restaurants & pubs. We will definitely stay at Dream Stays Bath for all of our future visits.

As we were travelling with a hire car, parking was not an option at the apartment, therefore we used paid parking at the nearby train station.

The apartment was lovely, clean and well fitted out and right in the centre of Bath. The communication from our host was informative and friendly. We were able to walk from the apartment to all of the sights in Bath. Very happy with our stay.

Sadly, the tv in the main bedroom did not work, which was a shame as we wanted to watch tv in bed, and it couldn’t be fixed whilst we were there. But that was such a small and minor detail.

The property was so well equipped. It was absolutely fantastic. Everything was there that we needed. It was the little things that really made it amazing - the soap, shampoo, conditioner and handsoap. The tea and coffee, the coffee pods and the little jar of milk. It was the most wonderful stay.

Location was great, very central and within walking distance from pretty much everywhere in Bath. At first we wondered if it was going to be noisy at night because of all the restaurants around but not at all! Great option for three people. At the end of our stay and after checking out we were allowed to leave our bags in a nearby hotel, only five minutes away from the apartment, which was very convenient.

The only two things that didn't go well for us and we're sure that it's easy to fix were: The coffee machine didn't work for my husband and I would have loved to have herbal tea options rather than black tea but it wasn't a problem with supermarkets and cafes downstairs. The Internet didn't work for us but there's Netflix on the telly and we were both off work that weekend so it was fine with us.

The flat is located in the centre of Bath with cafés, bars and restaurants just outside the door. It is on the 3rd floor of a lovely decorated clean building. The flat is very clean and tidy. Super cute décor and offers comfortable beds, bedding and towels. The kitchen offers a great space to cook if you can resist the restaurants. We'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it.

Minor things as the flat was great, the large shower head wasn't as effective as the small one (maybe needs descaling or perhaps a pressure thing as the flat is at the top of the house), the flat is a bit of a squeeze for four people but I knew that when I booked it and it was only one night (for the Bath Half). There is a little noise from the busy square down below but it didn't keep us awake.

Great location, really central, comfortable double bed, plenty of towels and toiletries. Decent kitchen, they had left us milk which was appreciated, there's a little wine fridge! Quirky fun decor, lots of pineapples!

The size and location of the single bed in the bedroom. The cracked tiles on the bathroom floor causing the door to jar. The lack of comfortable sofas/chairs for the 3 of us to chill comfortably in front of the TV.

Centrally located, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated. Comfortable double bed. Milk provided on arrival along with tea and coffee. Gorgeous entrance hall.

The sign for the building was not as visible. A map indicating building location/door and businesses next to it would be helpful.

Central location - close to the Abby, Roman baths, restaurants. Place is clean, and lots of wall plugs for charging phones and laptops. Unit is on the top floor so the fans were greatly appreciated.

The shower needs sliding doors. Water runs all over the bathroom during a shower. Also, it’s in the very centre of a very busy area where people hang out and yell well into wee hours of the night.

It was very cute and nicely decorated. We appreciated the washer/dryer combo in the kitchen.

The pull-out sofa in the living room was uncomfortable.

Very good location. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. There even was fresh milk in the refrigerator.
