Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomI wasn't keen on the breakfast. It's a very high quality, chef prepared meal but that wasn't what I want for breakfast. I prefer to have plenty of fruit and yoghurts, perhaps some eggs or occasionally some bakery products. There were no cereals or fresh fruits and no offer of toast. As I say, the food was exceptionally well prepared but I couldn't find anything I fancied on the menu, which seemed better suited to brunch than a morning healthy eating option. I do love the Kings Arms though. It's a lovely pub. It just didn't suit my taste for breakfast (particularly as I am permanently dieting). The lighting was a little dark for getting ready!
The staff are excellent and the room was beautifully furnished with lots of attention to detail. The bed was comfy and the room lovely and warm on a cold day. Excellent decor throughout the pub and the accommodation. Great bathroom and shower. Bathrobe was provided.

Welcoming, convenient location for a dinner B&B stay ahead of a flight from Heathrow. Lovely food from a varied menu both for dinner and breakfast.

United KingdomWe stayed here overnight to break up a long journey. We arrived late as planned and the staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms amazing. A nightcap of slow gin was in our room and soft classical music had been put on in the background. The noise from the road outside didn't disturb us. Next morning the breakfast was good with local produce and attentive friendly staff.

Very nicely decorated rooms, with lovely features. Very quiet considering it is on a relatively main road- they have done a great job with both shutters and thick curtains. Breakfast was lovely

United KingdomNoisy council road resurfacing works outside all night (not the Kings Arms fault I hasten to add) but some advance notice and/or a small discount would’ve been nice. They did supply ear plugs though!
Room was really great, bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Evening meal was superb too although the the sea bass were a tad on the small side. Breakfast was fab too and because I didn’t want much to eat much (my day involved testing / eating food) so the chef did a special breakfast for me.
