Room too hot and unable to open a window.. extractor fan in bathroom was on all the time, it was very loud and as I’m a light sleeper, kept ,e awake all night. Shame, because the bed was super comfy.

Service not the quickest- made up by lovely staff! The bed is small if you have to sleep in it with 2 people.

The locality to the airport yet without planes over head every few minutes was brilliant. The food in the restaurant of an evening was nothing short of fantastic - very opulent in presentation and the tastes were stunning. The price in the restaurant was pleasantly surprising given the presentation and menu on offer - we were very impressed. The breakfast was lovely also, great food and great service throughout our stay. The brass bath in the room and the large bathroom was stunning and really impressive given the wonderful price we paid - If ever we fly from Heathrow again, we will be staying at the king's arms without a doubt.

Carpet was stained. The espresso machine was leaking water and the tap in the bath didn't do the job so the water drained as you were sat in it. We mentioned these issues qhen we checked out and were told they already knew about them? Such a shame as these a simple fixes. We loved this place and it should be 5 star but I'd say ignoring the maintenance issues makes is a 4.

No milk or coffee in the room , as we were only overnighting didn’t bother to ask the staff for any but I’m sure that would have been sorted out

Perfect location for a nights break travelling back to Norwich from Cornwall Excellent food and a reasonable outside space, proffesional friendly staff The bedroom was on the small side and a bit stuffy but had a comfy bed and good sized shower.good choice for breakfast but no fresh juice on offer.

We stayed just one night on our way to an early flight at Heathrow the next morning. The hotel ticked all the boxes from this perspective: the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the manager on down, the standard and presentation of the food at our dinner and breakfast were first class and the public rooms were cheerful and welcoming. Our bedroom itself was a little cramped, but then we did have luggage for a 2 week stay in the U.K. We look forward to staying again when the opportunity arises.

We were there at perhaps the warmest time of year and the room was about 30 degrees all night. No fault of the property.

Convenient to Heathrow for overnight stay. Christos the manager was very kind and accommodating. Beautifully decorated, and definitely did not feel like a chain hotel. Pub was great.

Nothing that the staff could do about it - planes overhead taking off from Heathrow.

Breakfast was good. GF options available. Good choice of evening meals too. Two choices where to eat - inside or in conservatory. Staff really pleasant- nothing too much trouble.
